Claims (8)
- 상측 너트와 하측 너트로 이루어지며, 상측 너트 및 하측 너트 중 어느 한 쪽에는 나사 구멍의 주위에 축방향 외측을 따라서 직경이 축소하는 테이퍼 형상의 외주면을 갖는 볼록부가 형성되고, 다른 쪽에는 상기 볼록부가 결합하는 오목부가 나사 구멍 주위에 형성되어 있고, 상기 볼록부의 외주면 또는 오목부의 내주면의 한쪽이 나사 구멍에 대하여 미소량 편심되고, 다른 쪽이 나사 구멍과 동심형상으로 된 헐거움 방지 너트에 있어서,상측 너트에는 상측 너트의 체결 작업시에 박스 렌치 등의 체결 공구의 하단부와 접촉하는 접촉부가 돌출되어 있고, 해당 접촉부는 그 회전량을 눈으로 확인 가능한 헐거움 방지 너트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접촉부는 상측 너트의 체결시에 박스 렌치 등의 체결 공구가 결합되는 결합면으로부터 돌출되어 있는 헐거움 방지 너트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상측 너트 및 하측 너트는 육각 너트이고, 상기 접촉부는 상측 너트의 6개의 코너부 중 적어도 1개의 하단부에 형성되어 있고, 상측 너트의 6개의 코너부 중 적어도 한쪽에는 상기 접촉부가 설치되어 있지 않은 헐거움 방지 너트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 접촉부는 상측 너트의 코너부를 하면측으로부터 타격하여 상기 코너부의 하단부를 직경 방향 외측으로 소성 변형시킴으로써 형성되어 있는 헐거움 방지 너트.
- 상측 너트와 하측 너트로 이루어지며, 상측 너트 및 하측 너트 중 어느 한 쪽에는 나사 구멍의 주위에 축방향 외측을 따라서 직경이 축소하는 테이퍼 형상의 외주면을 갖는 볼록부가 형성되고, 다른 쪽에는 상기 볼록부가 결합하는 오목부가 나사 구멍 주위에 형성되어 있고, 상기 볼록부의 외주면 또는 오목부의 내주면의 한쪽이 나사 구멍에 대하여 미소량 편심되고, 다른 쪽이 나사 구멍과 동심형상으로 된 헐거움 방지 너트에 있어서,상측 너트에는 외측 주변의 일부로부터, 상측 너트의 체결 작업시에 박스 렌치 등의 체결 공구의 하단부와 접촉하는 접촉부가 돌출되어 있는 헐거움 방지 너트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 접촉부는 상측 너트의 체결시에 박스 렌치 등의 체결 공구가 결합되는 결합면으로부터 돌출되어 있는 헐거움 방지 너트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상측 너트 및 하측 너트는 육각 너트이고, 상기 접촉부는 상측 너트의 6개의 코너부 중 적어도 1개의 하단부에 형성되어 있고, 상측 너트의 6개의 코너부 중 적어도 하나에는 상기 접촉부가 형성되어 있지 않은 헐거움 방지 너트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 접촉부는 상측 너트의 코너부를 하면측으로부터 타격하여 상기 코너부의 하단부를 직경 방향 외측으로 소성 변형시킴으로써 형성되어 있는 헐거움 방지 너트.
