Description
Claims (29)
- 하나 이상의 긴 다발의 반투과성 중합체 섬유를 포함하는 종류의 필터 서브 모듈을 연결하기 위한 멤브레인 여과 분기관으로서, 상기 분기관은,하우징과, 상기 하우징과 연결된 칼라를 연결하는 적어도 하나의 서브 모듈을 포함하고, 상기 칼라는 잠금 구조를 갖춘 연결 슬리브를 구비하는 상기 서브 모듈을 수용하고 위치시키도록 적용됨으로써, 서브 모듈은 상기 칼라로부터 상기 서브 모듈의 축방향 후퇴를 방지하기 위해 상기 칼라 및 상기 잠금 구조를 모두 체결하도록 구성된 클립 수단에 의해 일단부에서 칼라와 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 상기 칼라와 유체 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 칼라는 상기 서브 모듈의 체결 단부와의 베어링 결합을 위한 내부 계단식 시트를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 잠금 구조는 상기 슬리브 상에 형성된 반경 방향으로 외향된 원주 방향의 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클립 수단은 대향 벽의 에지를 형성하기 위한 측벽 절개부를 가지는 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 클립 수단은 상기 슬리브 상에 반경 방향으로 외향된 플랜지와의 베어링 결합을 위해 상기 측벽의 상단부에 인접한 상단부에 반경 방향으로 내향된 원주 방향 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 측벽은 상기 칼라 상의 보완 계단부와의 베어링 결합을 위해 상기 측벽의 바닥부 또는 그 인접한 곳에 있는 바닥부에 반경 방향으로 내향된 원주 방향 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.

- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클립은 상기 칼라에 힌지식으로 연결가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클립 수단은 상기 칼라와 상호 내부 결합가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클립 수단은 상기 칼라와 중심 상방에서의 원주 방향 잠금 결합을 하기 위해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4 개의 서브 모듈 연결 칼라를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 칼라는 동일 평면 상에 배치되며 평행한 축을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 일단부는 각 칼라와 인접해 있고 상기 하우징의 축은 상기 칼라들의 축들과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 분기관.
- 하나 이상의 긴 다발의 반투과성 중합체 섬유를 포함하는 종류의 필터 서브모듈과,상기 필터 서브 모듈의 일단부에 제거가능하게 연결된 헤드편과,상기 필터 서브 모듈의 타단부에 제거가능하게 연결된 기부편을 포함하고,상기 헤드편은 상기 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 멤브레인 여과 분기관인 멤브레인 여과 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서 상기 기부편은 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 멤브레인 여과 분기관인 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 헤드편은 상기 헤드편과 상기 여과 도관 사이에 유체 연통되도록 여과 도관에 연결하기 위해 구성되고, 상기 기부편은 상기 기부편과 상기 세척 유체 도관 사이에 유체 연통되도록 세척 유체 도관에 연결하기 위해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 칼라는 두 쌍의 상기 칼라 사이에 적어도 부분적으로 상기 세척 유체 도관을 배치하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치.
- 제17항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기부편은 상기 하우징의 타단부와 유체 기밀 밀봉 결합을 위해 제거가능한 캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치.
- 제17항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복수개의 멤브레인 여과 장치와,하나 이상의 멤브레인 여과 장치에 연결된 여과 도관과,하나 이상의 멤브레인 여과 장치에 연결된 세척 유체 도관을 포함하는 멤브레인 여과 장치 뱅크.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인 여과 장치들은 직립 위치로 배열되고, 상기 여과 도관은 상기 헤드편의 상방에 인접하고, 상기 세척 유체 도관은 상기 기부편의 상방에 인접한 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치 뱅크.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 세척 유체 도관은 두 쌍의 서브 모듈 칼라 사이에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되고 상기 하우징과 유체 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치 뱅크.
- 제22항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세척 유체 도관은 세척 유체가 상기 세척 유체 도관으로부터 상기 서브 모듈까지 상기 기부편을 경유하여 통과할 수 있도록 상기 세척 유체 도관 내의 구멍을 통해 상기 기부편과 유체 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치 뱅크.
- 제22항 내지 제 25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헤드편의 상기 하우징은 상기 여과 도관과 유체 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치 뱅크.
- 배열체 여과 도관에 의해 평행하게 연결되며 제22항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복수개의 멤브레인 여과 장치 뱅크를 포함하는 멤브레인 여과 장치 배열체.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 배열체는 개방 공급 탱크 내로 삽입되기 위해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 여과 장치 배열체.
