Claims (21)
- 막이 캐소딕 콤파트먼트로부터 아노딕 콤파트먼트를 분리하고 있는, 가스성 반응물들을 공급받는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택로서, 상기 캐소딕 콤파트먼트가 분리판과, 유체를 공급 및 배출하기 위한 채널을 선택적으로 구비한 가스켓과, 다공성 전극들과, 상기 막들과 전극들 사이에 개재된 촉매층들과, 반응물의 유동을 공급하기 위한 매니폴드와, 반응물의, 불활성체들 및 형성된 물들로 구성된, 미변환 부분들을 배출하기 위한 매니폴드와, 상기 전지들의 하나 이상의 콤파트먼트 내측으로 물 유동을 분사하기 위한 유압 회로를 연결하는 하나 이상의 분사점을 포함하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택에 있어서,상기 물 유동은 상기 막의 습윤과, 발생된 열의 제거를 동시에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사점으로부터 도입하는 반응물들과 물을 공급받게 되는 상기 하나 이상의 전지의 콤파트먼트는 상기 전극들과 상기 분리판들 사이에 개재된 전기적 및 열적 도전성 망형소자를 포함하고,상기 망형 소자는 상기 물 유동을 상기 가스성 반응물들에 의해 점유된 전체 체적을 통해 분포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 물의 분사점은 상기 하나 이상의 콤파트먼트 외측에위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 물의 분사점은 상기 반응물들의 유동을 공급하기 위한 매니폴드의 입구에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 반응물의 공급을 위한 상기 매니폴드는 하부 매니폴드인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 스택은 그 주축에 대하여 회전하고, 상기 매니폴드는 가장 낮은 위치에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전지의 콤파트먼트들 중 단 하나만이 물을 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 물을 공급받는 단 하나의 콤파트먼트는 캐소딕 콤파트먼트인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 물의 분사점은 반응물의 유동을 공급하기 위한 매니폴드의 하류에서, 가스켓에 형성된 채널내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 물의 분사점은 상기 전지들의 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 물의 분사 방향은 상기 반응물들의 유동의 방향과 실질적으로 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 물의 분사 방향은 상기 반응물들의 유동의 방향에 실질적으로 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 망형소자는 냉간 압연에 의해 변형가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 압연에 의해 변형될 수 있는 상기 망형 소자는 금속 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 발포체는 니켈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 망형 소자는 물 분포를 위한 하나 이상의 오목부를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 오목부는 냉간 압연에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 오목부의 방향은 반응물 유동의 방향에 실질적으로 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 연료 전지의 스택.
