Claims (5)
- 카로티노이드 에스테르가 하기 화학식 1의 것들임을 특징으로 하는, 가금류, 생선 또는 갑각류의 사료에 하나이상의 카로티노이드 에스테르를 포함함으로써 난황, 가금류의 외피 및/또는 피하 지방, 및 생선 및 갑각류의 고기 및/또는 외피를 염색시키는 방법:화학식 1상기 식에서,R은 메틸, C3-16알킬, C3-16알케닐 또는 C5-8사이클로알킬이다.
- 카로티노이드로서 효과량의 하나이상의 하기 화학식 1의 카로티노이드 에스테르를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 난황, 가금류의 고기, 외피 및/또는 피하 지방, 및 생선 및 갑각류의 고기 및/또는 외피를 염색하고자 하는 가금류, 생선 또는 갑각류를 위한 카로티노이드가 풍부한 사료:화학식 1상기 식에서,R은 메틸, C3-16알킬, C3-16알케닐 또는 C5-8사이클로알킬이다.
- 하나이상의 하기 화학식 1의 카로티노이드 에스테르를 카로티노이드(들)로서 1 내지 20중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 가금류, 생선 또는 갑각류를 위한 프리믹스 또는 사료에 혼입하기 위한 하나이상의 카로티노이드를 함유하는 소구슬:화학식 1상기 식에서,R은 메틸, C3-16알킬, C3-16알케닐 또는 C5-8사이클로알킬이다.
- 하나이상의 하기 화학식 1의 카로티노이드 에스테르를 카로티노이드로서 0.001 내지 15중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 가금류, 생선 또는 갑각류를 위한 사료에 혼입하기 위한 하나이상의 카로티노이드를 함유하는 프리믹스:화학식 1상기 식에서,R은 메틸, C3-16알킬, C3-16알케닐 또는 C5-8사이클로알킬이다.
- n-프로필 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, 2-메틸-부틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, 2,2-디메틸프로필 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, 2-에틸-1-부틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, 2-메틸-1-펜틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, 4-메틸-2-펜틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, n-라우릴 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, n-세틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, 사이클로펜틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, 이소프로필 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트, tert-부틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트 및 2-펜틸 베타-아포-8'-카로티노에이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 카로티노이드 에스테르.
