Claims (24)
- 금속층과,금속층의 표면에 형성된 표면 처리층과,표면 처리층 위에 형성된 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지층을 포함하는,전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체.
- 금속층과,금속층의 표면에 형성된 표면 처리층과,표면 처리층 위에 형성된 프라이머층과,프라이머층 위에 적층된 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지층을 포함하는,전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체.
- 금속층과,금속층의 표면에 형성된 표면 처리층과,표면 처리층 위에 형성된 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지층을 포함하는,2차 전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 2차 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체.
- 금속층과,금속층의 표면에 형성된 표면 처리층과,표면 처리층 위에 형성된 프라이머층과,프라이머층 위에 적층된 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지층을 포함하는,2차 전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 2차 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속층이 알루미늄, 니켈, 동, 철 및 이들의 합금으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,표면 처리층이 화성 처리층인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,프라이머층이 에폭시계, 우레탄계, 에폭시우레탄계, 이민계, 티타네이트계, 폴리에스테르계 또는 실란계의 열경화형 프라이머층인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,접착성 수지가 폴리올레핀 수지를 에틸렌성 불포화 카복실산으로 그라프트 공중합한 그라프트 변성 폴리올레핀 수지인 적층체.
- 제8항에 있어서,그라프트 변성 폴리올레핀 수지가 그라프트 변성 폴리에틸렌 수지 또는 그라프트 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지인 적층체.
- 금속층의 표면에 표면 처리층을 형성하고, 표면 처리층 위에 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지를 적층하는전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 금속층의 표면에 표면 처리층을 형성하고, 표면 처리층 위에 프라이머층을 형성하고, 프라이머층 위에 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지를 적층하는전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 금속층의 표면에 표면 처리층을 형성하고, 표면 처리층 위에 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지를 적층하는2차 전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 2차 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 금속층의 표면에 표면 처리층을 형성하고, 표면 처리층 위에 프라이머층을 형성하고, 프라이머층 위에 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지를 적층하는2차 전지 전해액 봉지 필름용 적층체 또는 2차 전지 전극부 보호 필름용 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 적층체로 되는 전지 전해액 봉지 필름 또는 전지 전극부 보호 필름.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 적층체로 되는 전지 전해액 봉지 필름 또는 전지 전극부 보호 필름을 포함하여 되는 전지.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 적층체로 되는 2차 전지 전해액 봉지 필름 또는 2차 전지 전극부 보호 필름.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 적층체로 되는 2차 전지 전해액 봉지 필름 또는 2차 전지 전극부 보호 필름을 포함하여 되는 2차 전지.
- 금속층과,금속층의 표면에 형성된 표면 처리층과,표면 처리층 위에 형성된 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지층을 포함하는 적층체로 되는 플렉시블 패키지.
- 금속층과,금속층의 표면에 형성된 표면 처리층과,표면 처리층 위에 형성된 프라이머층과,프라이머층 위에 적층된 카복실산기 또는 그 유도체로 변성된 폴리올레핀으로 되는 접착성 수지층을 포함하는 적층체로 되는 플렉시블 패키지.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서,금속층이 알루미늄, 니켈, 동, 철 및 이들의 합금으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것인 플렉시블 패키지.
- 제18항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,표면 처리층이 화성 처리층인 플렉시블 패키지.
- 제18항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,프라이머층이 에폭시계, 우레탄계, 에폭시우레탄계, 이민계, 티타네이트계, 폴리에스테르계 또는 실란계의 열경화형 프라이머층인 플렉시블 패키지.
- 제18항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,접착성 수지가 폴리올레핀 수지에 에틸렌성 불포화 카복실산이 그라프트 공중합한 그라프트 변성 폴리올레핀 수지인 플렉시블 패키지.
- 제23항에 있어서,그라프트 변성 폴리올레핀 수지가 그라프트 변성 폴리에틸렌 수지 또는 그라프트 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지인 플렉시블 패키지.
