Claims (27)
- 2 이하의 수소 원자를 함유하고 비등점이 약 0℃ 내지 약 150℃인 불화 케톤 화합물을 포함하는 1종 이상의 비가연성 조성물을 불을 끄기에 충분한 양으로 불에 가하는 것을 포함하는 소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤은 염소, 브롬, 요오드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 2 이하의 할로겐 원자를 추가로 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 하이드로플루오로카본류, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본류, 퍼플루오로카본류, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르류, 하이드로플루오로에테르류, 하이드로플루오로폴리에테르류, 클로로플루오로카본류, 브로모플루오로카본류, 브로모클로로플루오로카본류, 요오도플루오로카본류, 하이드로브로모플루오로카본류, 하이드로브로모카본류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 보조 소화제(co-extinguishing agent)를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤의 총 탄소 원자수가 4 내지 8개인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤의 비등점이 약 0℃ 내지 약 110℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤의 비등점이 약 0℃ 내지 약 75℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤이 CF3CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2, (CF3)2CFC(O)CF(CF3)2, CF3(CF2)2C(O)CF(CF3)2, CF3(CF2)3C(O)CF(CF3)2, CF3(CF2)5C(O)CF3, CF3CF2C(O)CF2CF2CF3, CF3C(O)CF(CF3)2, 퍼플루오로시클로헥사논 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤이 C2F5C(O)CF(CF3)2인 방법.
- (a) 2 이하의 수소 원자를 함유하고 비등점이 약 0℃ 내지 약 150℃인 1종 이상의 불화 케톤 및(b) 하이드로플루오로카본류, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본류, 퍼플루오로카본류, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르류, 하이드로플루오로에테르류, 하이드로플루오로폴리에테르류, 클로로플루오로카본류, 브로모플루오로카본류, 브로모클로로플루오로카본류, 요오도플루오로카본류, 하이드로브로모플루오로카본류, 하이드로브로모카본류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 보조 소화제를 불을 끄기에 충분한 양으로 포함하는 소화 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 대 (b)의 중량비가 약 9:1 내지 약 1:9인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤은 염소, 브롬, 요오드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 2 이하의 할로겐 원자를 추가로 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤의 총 탄소 원자수가 4 내지 8개인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤의 비등점이 약 0℃ 내지 약 110℃인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤의 비등점이 약 0℃ 내지 약 75℃인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤이 CF3CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2, (CF3)2CFC(O)CF(CF3)2, CF3(CF2)2C(O)CF(CF3)2, CF3(CF2)3C(O)CF(CF3)2, CF3(CF2)5C(O)CF3, CF3CF2C(O)CF2CF2CF3, CF3C(O)CF(CF3)2, 퍼플루오로시클로헥사논 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불화 케톤이 C2F5C(O)CF(CF3)2인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 보조 소화제가 CF3CH2CF3, C5F11H, C6F13H, C4F9H, CF3CFHCFHCF2CF3, H(CF2)4H, CF3H, C2F5H. CF3CFHCF3, CF3CF2CF2H, CF3CHCl2, CF3CHClF, CF3CHF2, CF4, C2F6, C3F8, C4F10, C6F14, C3F7OCH3, C4F9OCH3, F(C3F6O)CF2H, F(C3F6O)2CF2H, HCF2O(CF2CF2O)CF2H, HCF2O(CF2CF2O)2CF2H, HCF2O(CF2O)(CF2CF2O)CF2H, C2F5Cl, CF3Br, CF2ClBr, CF3I, CF2HBr, n-C3H7Br, CF2BrCF2Br 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 2 이하의 수소 원자를 함유하고, 염소, 브롬, 요오드 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 2 이하의 할로겐 원자를 임의로 가지며, 불화 케톤의 탄소 골격에 개재하는 1종 이상의 주쇄상 헤테로 원자를 임의로 포함하는 불화 케톤 화합물을 포함하는 비가연성 소화 조성물을, 가연성 물질을 포함하고 공기를 함유한 밀폐 영역내에 도입하고, 상기 조성물을 상기 밀폐 영역내에 가연성 물질의 연소를 억제하기에 충분한 양으로 유지시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 밀폐 영역내의 화재 또는 폭연(deflagration)을 방지하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 하이드로플루오로카본류, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본류, 퍼플루오로카본류, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르류, 하이드로플루오로에테르류, 하이드로플루오로폴리에테르류, 클로로플루오로카본류, 브로모플루오로카본류, 브로모클로로플루오로카본류, 요오도플루오로카본류, 하이드로브로모플루오로카본류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 보조 소화제를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 화학식 (CF3)2CFC(O)CF2Cl의 화합물.
- 화학식 CF3OCF2CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2의 화합물.
- 화학식 (CF3)2CFC(O)CF2Cl 또는 CF3OCF2CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2의 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 불을 끄기에 충분한 양으로 포함하는 소화 조성물.
- 실온 또는 승온하에서 적절한 유기 용매 중에서 불화 케톤을 과망간산 알칼리 금속염으로 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 불화 케톤으로부터 2량체성 또는 3량체성 부산물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 단계를 밀봉된 용기내에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 아세트산을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 처리 단계를 승온하에서 수행하는 방법.
- (a) 아실 할라이드 초기 분량을 반응 용기에 채우는 단계 및 (b) 헥사플루오로프로필렌 및 남은 아실 할라이드를 연장된 시간에 걸쳐 연속적으로 또는 연장된 시간에 걸쳐 약간씩 증가시키면서 가하는 단계를 포함하는, 아실 할라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌을 반응시켜 2량체 및 3량체 부산물을 최소량으로 함유하는 불화 케톤을 제조하는 방법.
