Claims (10)
- 황화구리의 정광(精鑛)을 산화 용융하여, 화이트 슬래그 및 조광(粗鑛)상태의 구리로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상과, 슬래그를 생성하여 이 황화동 정광중의 Fe의 적어도 일부를 슬래그로 제거함과 동시에 S의 적어도 일부를 SO2로 제거하여, 구리를 화이트 슬래그와 조광상태의 구리로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상으로 농축하는 제련공정을 갖는 황화동 정광의 제련방법에 있어서,산화 용융의 용제로 SiO2원재와 CaO원재를 황화구리 정광에 부가하고, 슬래그를 CaO/(SiO2+CaO)의 중량비가 0.6 ∼ 0.85의 영역을 가지며, Fe/(FeOx+SiO2+CaO)의 중량비가 0.5 ∼ 0.6의 영역으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,생성된 슬래그를 고체화하기 위해 서서히 냉각. 고화시키고 분쇄한 다음, 부선(浮選), 회수하여 회수된 구리를 다시 제련공정으로 뒤돌려보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,황화구리 정광중의 SiO2의 함량이 슬래그로 제거하고자 하는 철(Fe)에 대하여 적어도 1.7중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,생성된 슬래그의 온도가 1,280℃를 넘지않도록 제어함을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 황화구리정광을 산화용융하고, 이 황화구리 정광중에 있는 Fe의 일부를 슬래그로 제거함과 동시에 S의 일부를 SO2로 제거하고, FeS 와 Cu2S의 혼합물로 된 매트를 생성하는 매트 제련공정과 황화구리 정광을 산화.용융하여 조광상태의 구리를 얻는 제련공정을 갖는 황화구리의 제련방법에 있어서,산화 용융의 용제로 SiO2원재와 CaO원재를 매트에 부가하고, 슬래그를 (SiO2+CaO)에 대한 CaO의 중량비가 0.6∼0.85의 영역을 가지며, (FeOx+SiO2+CaO)에 대한 Fe의 중량비가 0.5∼0.6의 영역으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,생성된 슬래그는 서서히 냉각 고화시킨 다음, 이를 분쇄하고 부선한 후, 회수된 구리를 매트제련공정으로 다시 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,생성된 슬래그를 용융상태로 유지한체 이를 매트 제련공정으로 다시 뒤돌려 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,생성된 슬래그는 냉각되어 고체화된 후, 다시 매트 제련공정으로 다시 뒤돌려 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 매트중의 SiO2함량이 슬래그에서 제거하고자 하는 철 (Fe)에 대하여 적어도 1.7 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,생성된 슬래그의 온도가 1,280℃를 넘지않도록 제어함을 특징으로 하는 황화구리 정광의 제련방법.
