Claims (4)
- 픽셀 전극 및 제 1 배향 막(alignment film)을 구비하는 제 1 기판과, 공통 전극 및 제 2 배향 막을 구비하는 제 2 기판을 포함하는 액정 디스플레이 디바이스로서, 상기 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판은 그 사이에 액정 층이 삽입되는, 액정 디스플레이 디바이스로서,상기 픽셀 전극은 적어도 하나의 제 1 슬릿을 구비하거나, 상기 제 1 기판은 상기 픽셀 전극과 상기 제 1 배향 막 사이에 적어도 하나의 제 1 돌출부(protrusion)를 구비하고,상기 공통 전극은, 상기 제 1 슬릿 또는 상기 제 1 돌출부가 튀어나오는(extends) 방향과 상이한 방향으로 튀어나오는 제 2 슬릿을 구비하거나, 상기 제 2 기판은, 상기 공통 전극과 상기 제 2 배향 막 사이에 제 2 돌출부를 구비하며, 상기 제 2 슬릿 또는 상기 제 2 돌출부는, 상기 제 1 슬릿 또는 상기 제 1 돌출부가 튀어나오는 방향과 상이한 방향으로 튀어나오는 것을특징으로 하는, 액정 디스플레이 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 기판은 게이트 버스(gate bus) 및 소스 버스(source bus)를 구비하고, 상기 제 2 슬릿 또는 상기 제 2 돌출부는 적어도 하나의 상기 게이트 버스 및 상기 소스 버스와 평행한, 액정 디스플레이 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판은 게이트 버스 및 소스 버스를 구비하고, 상기 제 1 슬릿 또는 상기 제 1 돌출부는 적어도 하나의 상기 게이트 버스 및 상기 소스 버스와 평행한, 액정 디스플레이 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 슬릿 또는 상기 제 2 돌출부는, 상기 픽셀 전극의 중심부와 마주 보는 위치에서 형성되는, 액정 디스플레이 디바이스.
