Description
Claims (12)
- 초합금 재료(12) 사이에 조인트(10)를 용접하는 전자 비임 용접 방법에 있어서,용접가능한 심(14)을 조인트에 삽입하는 단계와, 초합금 재료를 전자 비임으로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 단계는 금속 또는 합금재 심(14)을 조인트에 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 심(14)은 가공, 주물 또는 분말 야금 공정에 의해서 형성되는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가열 단계는 고전압 또는 저전압 전자 비임 장치중 어느 하나로 전자비임이 조인트(10)를 완전히 투과하기에 충분한 전압과, 베이스 금속 및 심(14)의 완전한 용융이 달성될 만큼의 전류를 갖도록 파워링되는 단계를 포함하는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가열 단계는 단일 통과로 완료되는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 초합금 재료(12) 사이에 적어도 0.040 인치의 조인트 갭(10)을 용접하는 방법에 있어서,상기 갭에 심(14)을 삽입하는 단계와, 초합금 재료를 전자 비임으로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 조인트 갭(10)은 최대 0.100 인치인 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 단계는 금속 또는 합금재 심(14)을 상기 조인트(10)에 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 심(14)은 가공, 주물 또는 분말 야금 공정에 의해서 형성되는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 가열 단계는 고전압 또는 저전압 전자 비임 용접 장치중 어느 하나로 전자 비임이 조인트(10)를 완전히 투과하기에 충분한 전압과, 베이스 금속 및 심(14)의 완전한 용융이 달성될 만큼의 전류를 갖도록 파워링되는 단계를 포함하는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서상기 가열 단계는 단일 통과로 완료되는 전자 비임 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따라 용접된 초합금 금속(12) 사이의 조인트.
