Claims (4)
- 애노드부에 기밀 접합되며 진공용기의 일부를 구성하는 통형상 금속용기와, 그 통형상 금속용기의 개구 단부가 그 주위에 기밀접합되는 스템절연체와, 상기 애노드부의 중심축부에 필라멘트가 배치된 캐소드와, 그 캐소드를 지지하고 상기 스템절연체의 중심부에 기밀접합된 금속접합판에 고착되는 한 쌍의 캐소드 리드를 구비하는 마그네트론에 있어서,상기 스템 절연체의 상기 통형상 금속용기와의 접합면과 상기 캐소드 리드와의 접합면 사이에 환상오목홈이 형성되며, 상기 통형상 금속용기의 접합면과 상기 캐소드 리드의 접합면에 형성되는 메탈라이즈층을 상기 환상오목홈의 둘레 가장자리부로부터 격리하여 배치하고, 적어도 상기 통형상 금속용기의 개구 단부, 혹은, 상기 금속접합판의 어느 한쪽이 상기 메탈라이즈층 보다도 내측으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 통형상 금속용기의 접합면과, 상기 캐소드 리드의 접합면은 동일 평면상에 위치하고, 상기 메탈라이즈층은, 패턴인쇄로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 애노드부에 기밀 접합되어 진공용기의 일부를 구성하는 통형상 금속용기와,그 통형상 금속용기의 개구 단부가 그 주위에 기밀접합되는 스템 절연체와, 상기 애노드부의 중심축부에 필라멘트가 배치된 캐소드와, 그 캐소드를 지지하고 상기 스템절연체의 중심부에 기밀접합된 금속접합판에 고착되는 한 쌍의 캐소드 리드를 구비하는 마그네트론에 있어서,상기 스템절연체의 상기 통형상 금속용기와의 접합면과 상기 캐소드 리드와의 접합면 사이에 환상오목홈이 형성되고, 상기 접합면에는 메탈라이즈층이 형성되며, 상기 환상오목홈의 둘레 가장자리부에 상기 접합면 보다도 낮은 단차부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 통형상 금속용기의 접합면과, 상기 캐소드 리드의 접합면은 동일 평면상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
