Claims (8)
- 내부전극을 형성한 그린시트를 다수 적층하고, 상기 그린시트의 양 단부에 적어도 상기 내부전극과 연결되는 외부전극을 형성하여 이루어지는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터에 있어서,상기 그린시트는 유전체재료와 NTC 서미스터재료로 구성되고, 상기 유전체재료와 NTC 서미스터재료로 이루어지는 그린시트에 선택적으로 상기 내부전극을 인쇄한 후 같은 재료의 그린시트 끼리 적층되도록 하고, 그 적층된 유전체재료와 NTC 서미스터재료를 압착하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체재료는 BaTiO3계에 CaZrO3계, BaZrO3계, NiSnO3계, CeZrO3계,SrTiO3계, 글래스를 첨가하여 이루어지고, 상기 NTC 서미스터재료는 Mn,Ni계 또는 Mn,Co계로 루어진 2성분계, Mn,Ni,Co의 3성분계, ZnO, Cr2O3중 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
- 제2항에 있어서, NTC 서미스터재료로 이루어진 그린시트에 인쇄되는 상기 내부전극은 쌍으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극의 쌍은 복수개인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극은 일정 간격을 두고 서로 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체재료는 큐리점이 125℃ 이상이고, 상기 NTC 서미스터재료는 비저항이 3Ω∼18㏀이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
- 제2항에 있어서, NTC 서미스터재료로 이루어진 그린시트에 인쇄되는 상기 내부전극은 일체로 형성되어 양 단부의 상기 외부전극과 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극은 상기 NTC 서미스터재료와 RuO2재료를 혼합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 NTC 서미스터.
