Claims (3)
- 연속압연기의 게이지 미터방식의 판두께 제어방법으로서, 피압연재가 압연기에 들어가기 직전의 입측 판두께 편차를 구하는 입측 판두께 검출공정과,피압연재가 압연기를 통과 직후의 출측 판두께 편치를 구하는 출측 판두께 편차검출공정과,상기 입측 판두께 편차 및 상기 출측 판두께 편차로부터 판속도의 선진율 변동을 구하는 선진율 변동 산출공정과,상기 선진율 변동, 상기 입측 판두께 편차 및 상기 출측 판두께 편차에 따라 압연기간의 장력변동 억제에 관한 튜닝율을 조절하는 튜닝율 조절공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 압연기의 판두께 제어방법.
- 연속압연기의 패스스케줄의 산출방법으로 피압연재가 압연기에 들어가기 직전의 입측 판두께 편차를 구하는 입측 판두께 편차검출공정과,피압연재가 압연기를 통과직후의 출측 판두께 편차를 구하는 출측 판두께 편차 검출공정과,상기 입측 판두께 편차 및 상기 출측 판두께 편차로부터 판속도의 선진율 변동을 구하는 선진율 변동산출공정과, 압하장치의 특성을 정수로 근사함으로서 도출가능한 장력억제를 우선했을 때의 튜닝율의 최적치, 입측 판두께 및 출측 판두께에따라 모든 압연기의 튜닝율이 일정으로 했을때의 조건과, 한대의 압연기의 실제의 입측 판두께 편차에 대해 N대의 압연기의 목표 출측 판두께 편차가 실현하기 위한 조건을 동시에 만족시키는 패스스케줄을 산출하는 패스스케줄 산출공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연기의 패스스케줄 산출방법.
- 연속압연기의 게이지 미터의 판두께 제어장치로서 피압연재가 압연기에 들어가기 직전의 입측 판두께 편차를 구하는 입측 판두께 편차 검출수단과,피압연재가 압연기를 통과직후의 출측 판두께 편차를 구하는 출측 판두께 편차 검출수단과,상기 입측 판두께 편차 및 상기 출측 판두께 편차로 부터 판속도의 선진율 변동을 구하는 선진율 변동산출수단과, 상기 선진율 변동, 상기 입측 판두께 편차 및 상기 출측 판두께 편차에 따라, 압연기간의 장력변동 억제에 관한 튜닝율을 조절하는 튜닝율 조절수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연기의 판두께 제어장치.
