Abstract

본 고안은 겨울철에 철도 레일의 줄어듬에 있어, 레일과 레일 연결부를 지날 때 바퀴에서 진동이 생기게 되어 소음 및 나사 풀림 제어장치 불량등 여러 가지 고장이 생기게 되는데 이러한 단점을 고안한 장치에 관한 것이다.
제1도에서 1번레일(10)과 2번레일(20)의 연결부를 홈을 파내고 본 고안의 레일 연결 완충장치(30)를 삽입하고 고정핀(60)을 고정핀 구멍(40)에 박아서 고정하여 바퀴가 연결부를 지날 때 소음 및 완충장치를 위해 전철 및 철도의 고장 및 소음을 줄일 수 있는 장치이다.

레일 연결 완충 장치
본 고안은 겨울철에 철도의 레일이 줄어듬에 있어 레일과 레일의 연결부를 바퀴가 지날 때 바퀴에서 진동이 생기게 되어 소음 및 나사 풀림 제어 장치 불량등 여러 가지 고장이 생기게 되어 이러한 단점을 고안한 장치이다.
제1도의 1번레일(10)과 2번레일(20)의 사이 연결부를 홈을 파내고 본 고안의 레일 연결 완충 장치(30)를 삽입하고 고정핀(60)을 고정핀구멍(40)에 박아서 고정하여 바퀴가 연결부를 지날 때 소음 및 바퀴의 완충을 위하고 전철 및 철도의 고장 및 소음을 줄일 수 있으며 1번레일(10)과 레일 연결 완충장치(30)사이 레일이 줄고 느는 공간(70)을 확보하여 설치 시공하며 여름에도 레일 연결 장치(30)을 제거하지 않아도 여유 공간이 형성되어 전철 및 철도의 소음 방지와 잔고장의 원인이 발생하지 않게 되는 레일 연결 완충 장치이다.

  1. 도시한 바와 같이 레일 연결 완충 장치(30)의 고정핀구멍(40)에 고정핀 요철부(50)를 형성하여 고정핀(60)을 박았을 경우 고정핀 요철부(50) 틈에 고정 밀착 되어 바퀴가 굴러 갈 때 마다 고정핀이 단단하게 박히는 레일 연결 완충 장치.
