Abstract

본 고안은 자동차에 관한 것으로, 부품의 조립을 용이하고 견고하게 수행할 수 있는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위하여 본 고안은 차량의 제동을 후방 차량의 운전자에게 알려서 차량의 추돌을 방지하는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등 장치에 있어서, 차량의 뒷유리 내측에 위치되도록 헤드라이닝의 고정 브라켓트에 고정 설치되는 하부커버와, 하부커버의 내측에 끼워져 결합되는 램프하우징과, 램프하우징의 후방측에 결합되는 램프홀더 및 램프홀더에 결합되는 램프로 구성된다.

Description

자동차의 보조 브레이크등
본 고안은 자동차의 보조 브레이크등에 관한 것으로서, 특히 부품의 조립을 용이하고 견고하게 수행할 수 있는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량에는 각종 등이 설치되어 있다. 우선, 차량의 전면에는 전방을 비추는 전조등, 차량의 양측에는 차폭을 표시하는 차폭등, 차량의 후방에는 후미등 및 제동시에 작동되는 브레이크등이 있다.
한편 브레이크등과 더불어 차실내의 후방측에는 보조 브레이크등이 설치되는 바, 종래에는 보조 브레이크등의 부품 등을 각각 나사 체결하여 조립하는 구조로 구성되어 있었다. 따라서 탈착작업이 어렵고 번거로운 문제점이 발생된다.
본 고안은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 부품의 조립을 용이하고 견고하게 수행할 수 있는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 고안은 전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같이 구성된다. 즉 차량의 제동을 후방 차량의 운전자에게 알려서 차량의 추돌을 방지하는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등에 있어서, 차량의 뒷유리 내측에 위치되도록 헤드라이닝의 고정 브라켓트에 고정 설치되는 하부커버와, 하부커버의 내측에 끼워져 결합되는 램프하우징과, 램프하우징의 후방측에 결합되는 램프홀더 및 램프홀더에 결합되는 램프로 구성된다.
전술한 구성에서, 하부커버의 양측에는 각각 복수의 가이드편이 형성되고, 가이드편의 내측에는 램프하우징의 임의적인 이탈을 방지하도록 록킹돌기가 탄력적으로 형성되며, 램프 하우징의 양측에는 록킹돌기와 관계하여 걸림돌기가 형성된다.

이하에서는 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 양호한 실시예에 따른 자동차의 보조 브레이크등에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
도 1 은 본 고안의 자동차의 보조 브레이크등 설치상태를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 2 는 본 고안의 자동차의 보조 브레이크등을 도시한 사시도이며, 도 3 은 본 고안의 자동차의 보조 브레이크등을 도시한 평단면도이고, 도 4 는 본 고안의 자동차의 보조 브레이크등을 도시한 측면도이다.
우선 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와같이, 본 고안의 보조 브레이크등(100)은 차량(10)의 뒷면 유리(20)에 설치되어 있다. 이러한 본 고안의 보조 브레이크등(100)은 하부커버(110)와 하부커버(110)에 결합되는 램프하우징(120)과, 램프하우징(120)에 결합되는 램프홀더(130)로 대별된다.
본 고안의 보조 브레이크등(100)의 구성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
우선, 도 3 및 4 에 도시된 바와같이 하부커버(110)는 차량(10)의 뒷유리(20) 내측에 위치되도록 헤드라이닝(30)의 고정 브라켓트(40)에 고정 설치되어 있으며, 램프하우징(120)은 하부커버(110)의 내측에 끼워져 결합되도록 구성되어 있다. 그리고 램프홀더(130)는 램프하우징(120)의 후방측에 결합되어 있다. 이 램프홀더(130)에는 램프(135)가 결합되어 있다.
전술한 하부커버(110)의 양측에는 각각 복수의 가이드편(112)이 형성되어 있고, 가이드편(112)의 내측에는 램프하우징(120)의 임의적인 이탈을 방지하도록 록킹돌기(114)가 탄력적으로 형성되어 있다. 그리고 램프하우징(120)의 양측에는 록킹돌기(114)와 관계하여 걸림돌기(122)가 형성되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 보조 브레이크등의 작동은 다음과 같다.
도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와같이 램프하우징(120)의 후방측에 램프(135)가 장착된 램프홀더(130)를 결합시킨다. 그 다음, 하부커버(110) 양측에 형성된 가이드편(112) 사이로 램프하우징(120)을 하방으로 안착시킨다. 램프하우징(120)이 하부커버(110)에 안착됨과 동시에 램프하우징(120)의 걸림돌기(122)가 록킹편(114)에 접촉된다. 이때, 램프하우징(120)을 조금 더 하방으로 누르면 걸림돌기(122)가 록킹편(114)의 탄성력을 극복하고 하방으로 눌려지게 되며, 동시에 걸림돌기(122)가 록킹편(114)에 걸림유지된다. 그에 따라 램프하우징(120)이 하부커버(110)에 손쉽고 견고하게 결합된다.
본 고안은 전술한 실시예에 국한되지 않고 본 고안의 기술사상이 허용하는 범위 내에서 다양하게 변형하여 실시할 수가 있다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안에 따르면 조립을 용이하고 견고하게 수행할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 차량의 제동을 후방 차량의 운전자에게 알려서 차량의 추돌을 방지하는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등에 있어서,
    차량의 뒷유리 내측에 위치되도록 헤드라이닝의 고정 브라켓트에 고정 설치되는 하부커버;
    상기 하부커버의 내측에 끼워져 결합되는 램프하우징;
    상기 램프하우징의 후방측에 결합되는 램프홀더; 및
    상기 램프홀더에 결합되는 램프를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부커버의 양측에는 각각 복수의 가이드편이 형성되고, 상기 가이드편의 내측에는 상기 램프하우징의 임의적인 이탈을 방지하도록 록킹돌기가 탄력적으로 형성되며, 상기 램프하우징의 양측에는 상기 록킹돌기와 관계하여 걸림돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 보조 브레이크등.
