Claims (4)
- 싱글노즐(1)의 하부에 주입노즐(2)이 구비되고 싱글노즐(1)와 주입노즐(2)의 내부에 형성된 수지채널(7)을 통해서 실린더에서 투입된 수지(8)가 금형의 캐버티(6) 내부에 주입되며, 싱글노즐(1)의 내부에 유,공압밸브구조를 구비하고 주입노즐(2)의 주입구(5)에는 유,공압밸브구조의 내부에 구비된 피스톤(3)에 의하여 승,하강하는 밸브 핀(4)을 구비하여 밸브 핀(4)이 주입노즐(2)의 주입구(5)를 개폐시키도록 한 것에 있어서,일측의 상,하부에 유,공압통로(a)(b)가 형성된 하우징(9)의 상부에는 실린더와 연결되는 상부판(10)을 구비하고 하부에는 하부판(11)을 구비한 싱글노즐(1)과; 상기 하우징(9)의 내부에 구비되고 유,공압통로(a)(b)에서 발생된 유,공압에 의하여 승,하강 행정을 하며, 밸브 핀(4)을 가지는 피스톤(3)과; 상기 피스톤(3)의 상부에 삽입되어 상부판(10)에 의하여 고정되고 내부에 수지채널(17)이 형성되어 주입노즐(2)에 형성된 수지채널(7)과 연통되는 연결구(19)와; 상기 피스톤(3)의 하부에 삽입되고 피스톤(3)에 결합된 밸브핀(4)이 삽입되며 주입구(5)가 캐버티(6)에 맞닿아 수지(8)를 캐버티(6)에 주입시키는 주입노즐(2)을 결합한 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤에 수지채널을 가지는 밸브노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤(3)에 내측으로 삽입공(13)을 형성하고 삽입공(13)의 중앙에 밸브 핀(4)의 상부에 형성된 머리(15)가 결합되는 결합공(14)을 가지는 중앙부(16)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤에 수지채널을 가지는 밸브노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하부판(11)에 주입노즐(2)과 피스톤(3)의 사이에 위치하도록 안내차단판(12)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤에 수지채널을 가지는 밸브노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연결구(19)의 하부에 피스톤(3)의 승,하강 행정시 피스톤(3)에 형성된 중앙부(16)가 삽입되어 피스톤(3)의 승,하강행정을 원활하게 할 수 있도록 작동공(18)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤에 수지채널을 가지는 밸브노즐.
