Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 트로틀 몸체내에 카본이 쌓일 경우 아이에스에이(ISA)을 작동시켜 아이들(IDLE) 상태에서 아이들을 보상토록 한 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 트로틀 몸체내에 카본이 없는 아이들 상태의 티피에스(TPS) 개도를 전자제어장치(ECU) 메모리에 입력시키는 단계와; 운전중 아이들 상태마다 TPS 개도를 체크하여 입력된 값 이상이면 운전자에게 경고하는 단계로 구성되어 있다.

Description

차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템의 작동 순서도이다.
본 고안은 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 차량의 트로틀 몸체내에 카본이 쌓일 경우 아이에스에이(ISA)을 작동시켜 아이들(IDLE) 상태에서 아이들을 보상토록 한 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템에 관한 것이다.
차량의 운전중에 종종 시동이 꺼지는 경우가 발생한다. 이렇게 시동이 꺼지는 이유는 대체로 두가지인데 하나는 운전 미숙에 의한 것이고, 다른 하나는 트로들 몸체내에 카본이 많이 쌓인 경우이다.
이중에 트로들 몸체내에 카본이 많이 쌓이게 되면 엔진 출력이 떨어지고, 결국 아이들 상태(대기 상태 ; 주행하지 않는 상태로 시동이 걸린 상태)에서 시동이 꺼지는 현상이 발생하게 된다. 즉, 주행 안정성이 현저히 떨어지게 된다.
한편 트로들 밸브내에 카본이 쌓이게 되면 시동이 잘 안걸릴 수 있다.
따라서, 본 고안은 차량의 트로들 몸체에 어느 정도 카본이 쌓이면 이를 경고토록 하여 주행중 트로들 밸브내 카본 누적에 의하여 시동이 꺼지는 일이 발생하지 않도록 한 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 본 고안의 목적을 달성하기 위한 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템은, 트로들 몸체내에 카본이 없는 아이들 상태의 티피에스(TPS) 개도를 전자제어장치(ECU) 메모리에 입력시키는 단계 ; 운전중 아이들 상태마다 TPS 개도를 체크하여 입력된 값 이상이면 엔진 체크를 경고하는 단계로 구성되는 데에 그 특징이 있다.
이하, 본 고안에 따른 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템을 첨부된 순서도에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
먼저, 트로들 몸체내에 카본이 없는 아이들 상태의 티피에스(TPS) 개도를 전자제어장치(ECU) 메모리에 입력한다(100).
이런 상태로 차량을 운전하며, 아이들 상태마다 TPS 개도를 체크하여 기 입력된 값과 비교한다(200).
다음 비교값이 기 입력된 값 미만이면 시스템을 다음 아이들 상태까지 정지하고, 비교값이 기입력된 값 이상이면 엔진 체크등을 점등시키거나 경고음을 발생시켜 운전자로 하여금 트로틀 밸브내 카본 제거를 경고한다(300).
이와 같이 본 고안은 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본이 일정 수준 이상으로 누적되면 이를 미리 감지하여 운전자에게 경고토록 한 시스템으로서, 차량 운전중에 특히 아이들 상태에서 차량의 시동이 꺼지는 것을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 엔진 출력을 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 트로들 몸체내에 카본이 없는 아이들 상태의 티피에스(TPS) 개도를 전자제어장치(ECU) 메모리에 입력시키는 단계와; 운전중 아이들 상태마다 TPS 개도를 체크하여 입력된 값 이상이면 엔진 체크를 경고하는 단계로 구성된 차량의 트로들 몸체내 카본 누적시 경고 발생 시스템.
