Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 에어백의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 좌석(1) 등받이 부의 도어측 측면부에 에어백(3)이 취부되고, 레일루프(4)부터 전방필라(5)까지 일에의 에어백(3)이 길게 취부되어 좌식(1)의 등받이 부에 취부된 에어백(2)은 탑승자의 골반과 가슴을, 다른 하나의 에어백(3)은 탑승자의 머리를 효과적 으로 보호할 수 있도록 되어 상품성이 향상되도록 된 것이다.

Description

자동차용 에어백의 취부구조
제1도는 본 고안에 따라 자동차에 취부된 에어백이 도시된 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안의 요부를 나타내는 제1도의 I-Ⅰ선 부분단면도. 제3도는 종래구조로서, 제1도에 대응되는 사시도이다.

돈 고안은 자동차용 에어백에 간한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 측면충돌시 가장 심한 상처를 입게되는 탑승자의 신체부위중 머리를 효과적으로 보호하 기 위한 자동차용 애어백의 취부구조에 관한것이다.
일반적으로 차내 측면에 취부된 에어백은 자동차의 측면충돌시 발생하게 되는 외력으로부터 탑승자 신체의 측면부위를 보호하기 위하여 장착되는 것 으로, 종래에는 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 자동차의 탑승시 탑승자가 앉게 되는 좌석(1)의 등받이부(11a)와 머리받침부(11b)에서 도어측 측면부에 각각 에어백(12, 13)이 장착되었다.
따라서, 자동차의 측면충돌시 에어백(12, 13)의 기능이 작동하게 되어 탑승자의 골반및 가슴과 머리를 보호하게 되지만, 상기 머리받침부(11b)에 장착된 에어백(13)의 경우 탑승자가 앉은 상태에서 앉은 이에 대한 머리높 이와 에어백(13)의 높이에 차이가 생긴 상태에서나 탑승자세가 앞으로 숙인 상태에서는 효과적으로 탑승자의 머리를 보호하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 측면충돌시 탑승자 신체의 측면부위를 효과적으로 보호하기 위해 좌석의 등 받이부 측면에 하나의 에어백이 취부되고, 루프레일에서 전방필라까지 길게 형성된 에어백이 취부되는데, 특히 탑승자의 머리가 효과적으로 보호될 수 있도록 된 자동차용 에어백의 취부구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 좌석 등받이부의 도어 측 측면부에 하나의 에어백이 취부됨과 더불어 루프레일에서 전방필라까지 일체로 길게 성형된 또하나의 에어백이 장착되는 구조로 되어있다.
이하 본 고안은 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안에 따라 자동차에 취부된 에어백이 도시된 사시도이고, 제2도는 본 고안의 요부를 나타내는 제1도의I-Ⅰ선 부분단면도로서, 돈 고안 은, 좌석(1) 등받이부의 도어측 측면부애 에어백(2)이 취부되는데, 종래에 같 은 위치에 취부되었던 에어백과 동일하게 취부되므로 그 자세한 설명은 생 략하는 한편, 좌석(1)의 머리받침부와 일직선상의 루프레일(4) 부위에서 좌석 을 최대한 대쉬보드측으로 이동되었을때 탑승자의 머리와 수평한 전방필라(5) 의 부위까지 즉, 탑승자의 앉은 키에 따른 머리의 이동시 그려지는 곡선과 동일한 곡선으로 길게 성형되는 에어백(3)이 취부되되, 이 에어백(3)에서 커 버(3a)는 탑실링(6)과 전방필라트림에 장착되고, 하우징(3b)은 탑실링(6)과 전방 필라패널에 취부되어있다.
따라서, 자동차의 측면충돌시 좌석(1)에 장착된 에어백(2)은 탑승자의 골 반및 가슴에 가해지는 충격을 완화하게 되고, 탑승자의 머리는 루프레일(4) 부터 전방필라(5)까지 길게 장착된 에어백(3)이 보호하게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 루프레일과 전방필라를 걸 쳐 길게 장착된 에어백이 탑승자의 앉은 키 및 앉은 자세에 상관없이 자 동차의 측면충돌로 부터 탑승자의 머리가 효과적으로 보호될 두 있도록 되 어 상품성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 좌석(1) 등받이부의 도어측 측면부에 에어백(2)이 취부되고, 루프레일(4)의 머리받침부와 일직선상의 부위에서 전방필라(5)의 좌석을 최대한 대쉬보드측으 로 이동되었을때 탑승자의 머리와 일직선상의 전방필라(5) 부위까지 길게 성 형되는 에어백(3)비 취부되되, 이 에어백(3)애서 커버(3a)는 탑실링(6)과 전방 필라트림에 장착되고, 상기 에어백(3)의 하우징(3b)은 탑실링(6)과 정방필라패널 에 취부된 자동차용 에어백의 취부구조.
