Claims (1)
- 냉간압연 로울중 #5 압연기(stand) 압연로울을 가공모드는 용량(Capacity) (-)모드 또는 임펄스(Impulse)(+)모드로 방전가공(EDT; Electro Discharge Texturing)하여 상부로울은 2.3㎛, 하부로울은 2.2㎛ 이하의 조도로 가공 관리된 압연로울로 냉간압연하여 제조된 냉연강판의 표면상태가 파상도 0.5㎛ 이하 및 DOI 값이 90% 이상인 냉연강판을 사용하여 455℃∼465℃의 도금폿(Pot)에서 2초∼2.5초 정도 침적하여 용융아연도금하는 단계와 515∼525℃의 온도에서 9∼10초간 합금화 열처리하는 단계 및 임펄스(Impulse)(+)모드로 상부로울 1.8㎛ 이하, 하부로울 1.7㎛ 이하로 방전가공된 로울로 조질압연하는 단계로 이루어진 고선영 합금화 용융아연도금(GA)강판 제조방법.
