Claims (1)
- 냉간압연강판을 이용하여 도금 및 합금화 열처리하므로써 고선영합금화 용융아연도금강판을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 냉간압연로울중 후압연공정측 강판표면조도관리용 압연로울을 통상의 용량(Capacity)(-)모드 또는 임펄스(Impulse)(+)모드로 전기방전가공(EDT:Electro Discharge Texturing)하여 상부로울은 2.3㎛이하, 하부 로울은 2.2㎛이하의 조도로 가공관리된 압연로울로 냉간압연하여 제조된 냉연강판중 표면상태가 파상도 0.5㎛이하, 선영도지수(DOI)값이 90%이상인 냉연강판을 사용하여 455℃∼465℃의 도금폿(Pot)에서 2초∼2.5초 정도 침지하여 용융아연도금하는 단계와, 도금 후 515∼525℃의 온도에서 9∼10초간 합금화 열처리하는 단계 및 상기 임펄스(Impulse)(+)모드로 상부로울 1.8㎛ 이하, 하부로울 1.7㎛ 이하로 방전가공된 로울로 조질압연하는 단계와로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고선영 합금화 용융아연도금(GA)강판 제조방법.
