Claims (4)
- 마이크로캡슐의 제조 방법에 있어서:반응 용기에 일정 온도의 물과, 젤라틴 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오즈를 균일하게 섞어 용해하는 단계와;상기 반응 용기에 유화기를 넣어 상기 용해된 용액을 유화한 후, 향을 첨가하여 교반하는 단계와;상기 교반된 용액을 산성화하여 실온에서 냉각시키는 단계 및;상기 냉각된 용액에 글루탈아데히드를 첨가, 교반한 후, 이를 마이크로갭슐로 분리시키는 단계를 포함하여, 비수용성 향을 갖는 마이크로캡슐을 균일한 크기로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 향은 10 ~ 20중량 부(gm), 상기 젤라틴은 100 ~ 200블룸(bloom)인 것으로 2 ~ 5중량 부(gm), 그리고 상기 카르복시메틸셀룰로오즈는 평균 분자량이 10,000 ~ 700,000 이고, 치환도는 0.7 ~ 1.2 인 것으로 1 ~ 3중량 부(gm)의 조성비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산성화는 상기 교반된 용액에 빙초산을 첨가하여 pH 4로 낮추는 것을특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 클루탈아데히드는 50% 의 수용액 18g 을 이용하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
