Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 하우징(2), 상기 하우징(2) 내에 배치되며 특히 원추형 플러그로 형성된 회전체(4), 샤프트(12)에 의해 축(10)을 중심으로 회전 가능한 회전체(4)의 부동 지지 및 밀봉을 위해 상기 하우징(2)에 배치된 부싱(18), 및 상기 하우징(2)에 연결된 커버(14)를 포함하고, 상기 커버를 통해 샤프트(12)가 외부로 안내되고, 상기 샤프트(12)에 밀봉 부재(30, 44)가 배치된, 피팅 부재에 있어서,상기 샤프트(12)가 회전체(4)와 일체로 형성되고, 상기 커버(14)가 회전체(4)의 회전축(10)에 대해 센터링되며 하우징(2)과 넌포지티브하게 직접 연결되고, 커버(14)가 밀봉 부재(30, 44)에 할당된, 샤프트(12)에 대해 방사방향으로 정렬 가능한 센터링 바디(34)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버(14)가 하우징(2)과 연결 전에 자동으로 회전체(4)의 회전축(10)에 대해 센터링될 수 있고 및/또는 상기 커버(14)를 위한 센터링 수단(64) 또는 센터링 링(68)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 커버(14)의 링형 공간(33, 36)내에 링(34)이 배치되고, 상기 링은 센터링 바디 및/또는 압력 링으로서 형성되며, 상기 링(34)과 커버(14) 사이에는 방사방향 링형 갭(35)이 제공되고 및/또는 상기 밀봉 부재(30, 44)는 힘의 부차적 연결이 이루어지도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 링(34)과 커버(14) 사이에는 탄성 부재 및/또는 밀봉 링(37)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커버(14)의 평평한 링 표면(22)이 하우징(2)의 마찬가지로 평평한 지지면(20)에 직접 놓이고, 상기 하우징(2)에 대한 커버(14)의 센터링 수단이 제공되지 않으며 및/또는 하우징(2)을 향한 커버(14)의 하부 링 표면이 평평하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하우징(2)이 커버(14)를 향한 표면에 커버 시일(26)용 링형 홈(28)을 포함하고, 상기 커버 시일(26)은 커버(14)의 하부 링 표면(22)에 밀봉 방식으로 놓이며 및/또는 상기 링형 홈(28)이 커버 시일(26)과 함께 방사방향 내부로 커버(14)의 지지면(20)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회전체(4)와 일체로 결합된 샤프트(12)에 성형 박막(30)이 2차 밀봉 부재로서 밀봉 방식으로 인접하고, 상기 성형 박막은 커버(14)와 하우징(2) 사이에 고정되며 및/또는 상기 밀봉 부재는 커버(14)와 하우징(2)의 고정 결합 전에 샤프트(12)를 통해 회전체(4)의 회전축(10)에 대해 센터링될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 부재(30, 44)는 부분적으로 한편으로는 링(34)의 지지면(39)에 방사방향으로 지지되고 다른 한편으로는 샤프트(12)에 인접하며 및/또는 상기 지지면(39)이 회전체(4)의 회전축(10)에 대해 경사지게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커버(14)의 링형 공간(33, 46) 내부에 제 2의 2차 밀봉 부재(37, 44), 특히 스톱 부싱이 배치되고 및/또는 상기 밀봉 부재(44)는 링형 공간(46) 내에 배치된 부가의 압력 링(48)에 의해 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
- 제 1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2의 2차 밀봉 부재(44)에는 누설 링(52)이 할당되고, 압력 링(34)내의 방사방향 홀(54) 및 커버(14)내의 연결 개구(56)를 통해 외부로의 연결이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피팅 부재.
