Claims (3)
- 터빈케이싱에 형성된 소용돌이형상의 스크롤과, 그 스크롤의 내주측에 터빈의 원주방향을 따라 배치됨과 동시에 상기 터빈케이싱에 회전 구동이 가능하게 지지되어 날개각을 가변으로 한 복수의 노즐 베인과, 그 노즐 베인의 내주측에 회전이 자유롭게 설치된 터빈로터를 구비하고, 작동가스를 상기 스크롤로부터 노즐 베인을 거쳐 터빈로터와 반경방향으로 유동시켜 그 터빈로터를 회전 구동하도록 구성된 가변용량 터빈에 있어서, 액추에이터에 연결되어 그 액추에이터에 의해 터빈축심둘레로 회전 구동이 가능하게 된 노즐구동부재와, 그 노즐구동부재와 상기 복수의 노즐 베인을 각각 연결하는 복수의 연결부재를 포함하는 가변 노즐기구를 구비하고, 상기 노즐구동부재 및 복수의 연결부재를 포함하는 가변 노즐기구를, 상기 스크롤의 내주측에 형성되어 작동가스실에 대하여 가스시일이 실시된 링크실내에 상기 노즐 베인에 대해 터빈축방향으로 나열하여 배치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐구동부재는 원판 형상으로 형성되고, 터빈의 축심을 지나는 반경방향선에 대해 일정각도 경사져서 터빈의 원주방향을 따라 형성된 기다란 구멍형상의 끼워맞춤구멍이 설치된 링크플레이트로 이루어지고, 상기 복수의 연결부재는 터빈축방향에 있어서 상기 노즐 베인과 노즐구동부재와의 사이에 배치됨과 동시에, 그 일단측을 상기 노즐 베인에 고정하여 타단측에 설치된 보스부를상기 노즐구동부재의 끼워맞춤구멍에 회전, 그리고 슬라이딩이 가능하게 끼워 맞춘 레버상부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐구동부재는 원판 형상으로 형성되고, 터빈의 축심을 지나는 반경방향선에 대해 일정각도 경사져서 터빈의 원주방향을 따라 형성된 기다란 구멍형상의 끼워맞춤구멍이 설치된 링크플레이트로 이루어지고, 상기 복수의 연결부재는 터빈축방향에 있어서 상기 노즐 베인에 대해 상기 링크플레이트의 외측에 배치됨과 동시에, 그 일단측을 상기 노즐 베인에 고정하여 타단측을 상기 노즐 베인측을 향하여 돌출설치된 보스부를 통하여 상기 노즐구동부재의 끼워맞춤구멍에 회전, 그리고 슬라이딩이 가능하게 끼워 맞춘 레버상부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 터빈.
