Claims (2)
- 상부 및 하부 열의 노즐 구멍이 구비되고, 연소실과 대향하도록 배치된 연료분사노즐을 가진 직접분사식 디젤엔진의 연소 시스템에 있어서, 상기 연소실이 작은 개구비를 가진 깊은 접시형 연소실이고, 상기 상부 노즐구멍에서 분사된 연료가 상기 연소실의 측벽에 이르도록 상기 상부 노즐구멍의 방향이 설정되고, 상기 하부 노즐구멍에서 분사된 연료가 상기 연소실의 바닥면에 부딪히도록 상기 하부 노즐구멍의 방향이 설정되고, 상기 각 상부 노즐구멍의 직경에 대한 상기 상부 노즐구멍으로부터의 연료 분무 도달거리의 비가 150∼250으로 설정되고, 상기 각 하부 노즐구멍의 직경에 대한 상기 하부 노즐구멍으로부터의 연료 분무 도달거리의 비가 100∼180으로 설정되고, 모든 상기 상부 및 하부 노즐구멍의 총면적에 대한 모든 하부 노즐구멍의 총면적의 비가 0.25∼0.35로 설정되고, 상기 상부 노즐구멍의 개수가 상기 하부 노즐구멍의 개수의 두 배로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 직접분사식 디젤엔진의 연소 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 노즐 구멍이 상기 각각의 상부 및 하부 열에 규칙적인 간격으로 배열되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접분사식 디젤엔진의 연소시스템.
