Claims (20)
- 내부에 적어도 부분적으로 끼워넣어지는 가늘고 긴 비투과성 스트립을 지니는 한겹 용지의 제조 방법으로서, 다공성 지지표면의 하나 또는 그 이상의 선택된 영역을 메우는 단계, 상기 메워진 영역 주위의 다공성 지지 표면상으로 제지용 섬유의 제1의 층을 도포시키는 단계, 상기 스트립을 상기 지지 표면의 메워진 영역과 접촉하도록 배치하여 적어도 스트립의 에지들이 도포된 섬유의 위쪽에 배치되도록 하는 단계, 및 용지내에 스트립의 에지들을 확실하게 끼워넣도록 상기 제1의 층과 비투과성 스트립위에 제지용 섬유의 부가의 층을 도포시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 메워진 영역은 비투과성으로 되어 보안 요소가 그 위에 배치되기 전에 섬유의 도포를 실질적으로 방지함으로써, 스트립의 한 측부의 영역이 노출되는 용지의 제1의 표면에 복수의 분리된 반투명 또는 투명의 창들을 형성하며, 상기 에지들 사이의 영역에서 스트립의 길이의 대향 측부를 따라 제지용 섬유들이 실질적으로 도포되지 않음으로써, 용지의 제2의 표면에서 스트립의 연속적인 영역이 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지표면과 접촉시키기 전에 상기 스트립의 한 측부에 접착제 또는 코팅이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스트립의 다른 측부의 하나 또는 그 이상의 부분에 접착제가 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용지의 제조 중 상기 스트립이 기계적으로 진동하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 내부에 적어도 부분적으로 끼워넣어진 제1의 표면 및 제2의 표면과 가늘고 긴 비투과성 스트립을 지니는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 한겹 용지로서, 상기 스트립의 에지들은 제1의 표면과 제2의 표면 사이에 완전히 끼워넣어지며, 스트립의 한 측부의 중앙 부분의 연속적인 스트립이 용지의 제1의 표면에서 노출되며, 스트립의 다른 측부는 제2의 표면을 형성하는 감소된 불투명도의 용지의 층에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용지의 제2의 표면은 상기 스트립의 부분들이 간격을 두고 노출되는 복수의 분리된 창들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스트립의 폭은 6 내지 25 mm 의 범위로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 표시, 이미지 또는 정보를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 전체적 또는 부분적으로 금속화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 하나 또는 그 이상의 홀로그래픽 이미지를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 하나 또는 그 이상의 칼라 시프트 영역을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 적어도 하나의 보안 엠보싱을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 하나의 측부 또는 양쪽 측부상에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 액정 물질을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 25 내지 100 마이크로미터의 두께를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 50 마이크로미터의 두께를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립의 한 측부는 접착제로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 스트립의 다른 측부는 용지가 접착제 영역에서 형성되는 영역에서 접착제와 부분적으로 코팅되어, 스트립의 노출된 중앙 부분을 따르는 용지의 패턴을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한겹 용지.
- 제5항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 용지로 제조되는 서류.
- 제5항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 용지로 제조되는 보안 서류.
