Claims (9)
- 측벽과 로드측 단벽과 헤드측 단벽으로 둘러싸여진 피스톤실을 내부에 갖는 실린더보디, 상기 피스톤실안에 슬라이딩가능하게 수용된 피스톤을 구비한 짧은 스트로크의 실린더에 있어서,상기 피스톤은 상기 피스톤실안을 유체압의 작용에 의해 기밀하게 슬라이딩하는 피스톤본체와, 그 피스톤본체의 중앙에서 연장해서 상기 로드측 단벽을 관통하여 상기 실린더보디의 외부로 돌출하는 피스톤로드와, 상기 피스톤본체 및 피스톤로드의 내부 중앙에 형성된 가이드구멍을 구비하고,상기 실린더보디의 헤드측 단벽은 그 내면중앙에서 상기 피스톤실안으로 연장해서 상기 가이드구멍에 끼워넣어지는 가이드축을 가지며,상기 가이드구멍의 내면과 가이드축의 외면에 있어서의 서로 대향하는 위치에 가이드축의 축선방향으로 연장하는 복수조의 홈이 상기 가이드축의 중심에 대해서 점대칭으로 위치하도록 형성되고, 각 홈사이에 각각 복수의 강철볼이 구름가능하게 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드축이 각 홈의 양단부에 상기 강철볼의 탈락을 방지하기 위한 핀을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더보디의 측벽과 로드측 단벽이 일체적으로 형성되고, 또 상기 헤드측단벽이 가이드축과 일체적으로 형성되어 상기 측벽에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더가 복동형 실린더로서, 상기 피스톤본체로 나뉘어진 2개의 압력실을 가지며, 이들 각 압력실이 각각 공급포트에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더가 단동형 실린더로서, 상기 피스톤본체로 나뉘어진 2개의 압력실의 한 쪽이 공급포트에 접속되고, 다른 쪽의 압력실안에는 복귀스프링이 상기 피스톤본체를 상기 피스톤로드로부터 떨어진 위치에서 탄력적으로 밀도록 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더는 상기 실린더보디위에 공작물을 척하기 위한 척기구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 척기구는 상기 실린더보디위에 고정된 가이드수단과, 이 가이드수단을 따라 개폐하는 복수의 조부재와, 이들 조부재와 상기 피스톤로드에 연결되고, 그 피스톤로드의 전후진운동을 조부재의 개폐운동으로 변환하는 링크기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더는 상기 실린더보디위에 상기 피스톤의 중심축선의 둘레에 회전가능하도록 부착된 회전테이블과, 상기 피스톤의 전후진운동을 그 회전테이블의 회전운동으로 변환하는 변환기구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 회전테이블은 그 중앙에 형성된 구멍으로 상기 피스톤로드와 끼워맞춰지도록 설치되고, 상기 변환기구는 상기 구멍의 내주면에 형성된 복수의 나선홈과, 상기 피스톤로드의 측면에 돌출되어 상기 나선홈의 하나에 끼워맞춰지는 복수의 슬라이딩자에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드를 갖는 실린더.
