Claims (2)
- pH2.5의 인공위액에서 12시간 후 최초 접종 농도로 생존하는 특성을 지니고, 2.0% Oxgall 첨가배지에서 24시간 후 최초 접종 농도로 생존하는 특성을 지니며, 병원성 균인 살모넬라균 (Salmonella enteritidis), 대장균 (E.coli 0157:H7) 과 혼합 배양하였을 경우, 15-16 시간 후에 이들 균주를 모두 사멸시키는 특성을 지닌 젖산균 YL-3(Lactobacillus fermentum YL-3) 의 신규 균주
- 제 1항의 젖산균 YL-3 (Lactobacillus fermentum YL-3) 의 신규 균주를 포함하는 생균제
