Claims (3)
- 티타늄알콕사이드 : 아세틸아세톤 : 알콜 : 물 등의 몰비가 각각 1 : 0.5이상 : 5이상 : 4이상으로 하여 비정질의 이산화티타늄 졸을 제조한 후 170℃ 이상의 온도 또는 19atm 이상의 압력을 가하여 아나타제 결정의 이산화티타늄 졸로 이산화티타늄의 결정구조를 변환하는 방법
- 상기 1항의 비정질 이산화티타늄 졸 제조 과정에서 백금(Pt), 은(Ag), 철(Fe), 구리(Cu), 루데늄(Ru), 몰리브듐(Mo), 비스무스(Bi), 니오븀(Nb), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 바나듐(V) 등의 전이금속의 전부 또는 일부를 이산화티타늄의 질량에 대하여 1%∼30% 정도 첨가하여 광촉매 반응에 이용되는 광원을 가시광선 영역으로 확장하는 방법
- 고압반응용기의 일측에 밴드히터 또는 교반장치를 설치하여 가온하며, 그 측면에 온도조절장치 또는 압력변을 설치하여 온도와 압력을 조절함으로서 비정질의 이산화티타늄 졸을 아나타제 결정을 가지는 이산화티타늄 졸을 제조하는 장치
