Claims (6)
- 수지재료로 구성되고, 유체가 유통하는 유체통로(16)가 형성된 본체(18), 및 수지재료에 의해 상기 본체(18)와는 별개로 실질적으로 원통상으로 형성되고, 나사부(32)에 의해 상기 본체(18)의 홀부(44) 내에 나입되는 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 132b)를 포함하며,상기 본체(18)의 홀(44) 내벽면과 상기 본체(18)의 상기 홀(44) 내부에 나입되는 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 132b)의 일단부에는 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 132b)의 축과 교차하는 1차 시일부(52), 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 132b)의 축과 실질적으로 평행한 2차 시일부(54)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기의 유체통로 출력포트의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유체통로 출력부재(122a, 122b)의 외주면과 상기 본체(18)와의 사이에는 수지 재료가 용착된 수지용접부(124)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기의 유체통로 출력포트의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(18)의 환상 돌기부(130)를 가압함으로써 상기 유체통로 출력부재(132a, 132b)의 외주면을 둘러싸는 코오킹부(134)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기의 유체통로 출력포트의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(18)의 홀(44) 내에 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 132b)가 나사체결될 때, 상기 본체(18)의 홀(44)의 환형 경사면(50)과 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 132b)의 테이퍼면(38)이 서로 압접됨에 따라 1차 시일부(52)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기의 유체통로 출력포트의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(18)의 홀(44) 내에 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 133b)가 나사체결될 때, 상기 본체(18)의 홀(44)의 환상 단부(46)의 벽면에 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 133b)의 환상돌기부(36)의 상부가 압접됨에 따라 2차 시일부(54)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기의 유체통로 출력포트의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 133b)의 일단부에 관조인트(98)가 연결되어 있으며, 상기 관조인트(98)는 그 외주면에 형성된 나사부(100)를 갖는 조인트부(102), 내주면에 형성되고 상기 관조인트(98)의 나사부(100)에 나합되는 나사부를 갖는 너트부재(104), 및 상기 유체통로 출력부재(12a, 12b, 122a, 122b, 132a, 133b)의 일단부에 형성된 포트(28)에 견고하게 삽입된 인서어트부시(106)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기의 유체통로 출력포트의 구조.
