Claims (2)
- 약 40℃ 이하의 온도에서 수-혼화성 에테르 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물 수용액의 약 2:1 내지 1:1 혼합물로 구성된 단일상 용매 시스템중에서 메소-2,3-비스(벤질아미노)숙신산 디알칼리 금속 염을 페닐 클로로포르메이트와 반응시키고,생성된 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산 디알칼리 금속 염을 산성화에 의해 목적하는 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산으로 전환시키고 이를 단리시키거나, 또는2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산을 유기 용매로서의 방향족 탄화수소중에서 아세트산 무수물과 함께 가열함으로써 목적하는 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산 무수물로 전환시키고 이를 단리시킴을 포함하는,메소-2,3-비스(벤질아미노)숙신산 디알칼리 금속 염으로부터 출발하여 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-4,5-이미다졸리딘-디카복실산 및 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산 무수물을 각각 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따라 제조된 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산의 바이오틴 제조를 위한 용도.
