Claims (2)
- (a) 40℃ 이하의 온도에서, 테트라하이드로푸란 및 에틸렌 글리콜 에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 수-혼화성 에테르 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물 수용액의 2:1 내지 1:1 혼합물로 구성된 단일상 용매 시스템중에서, 메소-2,3-비스(벤질아미노)숙신산 디알칼리 금속 염을 페닐 클로로포르메이트와 반응시키고, 수득된 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산 디알칼리 금속 염을 함유하는 단일상 혼합물을 pH가 7 내지 8이 되도록 조정하고, 이를 방향족 탄화수소로 추출하는 단계;(b) 디알칼리 금속 염으로서의 생성물을 함유하는 수상을 분리하는 단계;(c) 상기 분리된 수상에 테트라하이드로푸란을 첨가하는 단계;(d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 수득된 수성-유기 혼합물을 수상의 pH가 3 미만이 되도록 산성화시켜, 상기 디알칼리 금속 염을 유리된 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산으로 전환시키고 이를 유기상으로 이동시키는 단계;(e) 상기 유리산을 함유하는 유기상을 수상으로부터 분리하는 단계;(f) 상기 유기상에 용매로서 방향족 탄화수소를 첨가하는 단계;(g) 상기 단계 (f)에서 수득된 유기상을 감압하에 증류시켜 과량의 테트라하이드로푸란, 소량의 방향족 용매 및 잔류하는 물을 제거하는 단계; 및(h) 무수물 방향족 용매중에 목적하는 생성물이 과포화된 용액으로부터 상기 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산을 침전시키고 단리하거나, 또는 생성된 과포화된 용액에 유기 용매로서 추가의 방향족 탄화수소 및 아세트산 무수물을 첨가하고 이 혼합물을 가열하여, 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산을 목적하는 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-시스-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산 무수물로 전환시키고 이를 단리하는 단계를 포함하는,메소-2,3-비스(벤질아미노)숙신산 디알칼리 금속 염으로부터 출발하여 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산 및 2-옥소-1,3-디벤질-4,5-이미다졸리딘디카복실산 무수물을 각각 제조하는 방법.
