- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 그루브는 워블링의 주파수에 의해 기록매체의 회전제어정보를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기록매체는 프리피트와 기록트랙을 구성하는 그루브가 형성되어 있고, 상기 그루브는, 그 워블링에 의해 소정의 정보가 표현되는 기록매체이며,상기 머티리얼정보는, 상기 프리피트에 의해 표현되는 정보로서 기록되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 기록층의 재질을 나타내는 머티리얼정보가 기록된 기록매체에 대응해서 데이터의 기록을 행하는 기록매체로서,상기 머티리얼정보를 읽고 기록매체의 물리적 특성을 판별하는 판별수단과,상기 판별수단의 판별에 따라서, 기록동작에 관한 설정을 행하여 기록동작을 실행시키는 기록제어수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은, 기록매체에 형성된 워블링 그루브에서 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은, 상기 기록매체로 향해서 레이저광을 조사하고, 그 반사광에서 워블링 그루브의 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은 또한, 상기 기록매체로부터의 반사광에서 워블링 그루브가 나타내는 다른 정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 기록제어수단은, 상기 판별수단의 판별에 따라서, 기록매체에 대한 정보기록을 행하는 기록헤드수단으로부터의 레이저파워 혹은 레이저 발광패턴의 설정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 기록제어수단은, 기록매체에 대한 주데이터의 기록동작에 수반하여, 기록매체 상의 워블링 그루브에서 읽은 상기 머티리얼정보를 포함해서 주데이터의 관리정보를 생성하고, 기록매체에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 기록매체는 원형 또는 직사각형의 판형으로 형성되어 있고, 이 기록매체를 회전구동하여 기록동작을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 기록매체는 프리피트와 기록트랙을 구성하는 그루브가 형성되어 있고, 상기 판별수단은, 상기 기록매체에 형성된 프리피트에서 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 기록층의 재질을 나타내는 머티리얼정보가 기록된 기록매체에 대응해서 기록매체에서 데이터를 독출하는 재생장치로서,상기 머티리얼정보를 읽고 기록매체의 물리적 특성을 판별하는 판별수단과,상기 판별수단의 판별에 따라서, 재생동작에 관한 설정을 행하여 재생동작을 실행시키는 재생제어수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은, 기록매체 상의 워블링 그루브에서 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은, 상기 기록매체로 향해서 레이저광을 조사하고, 그 반사광에서 워블링 그루브의 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은 또한, 상기 기록매체로부터의 반사광에서 워블링 그루브가 나타내는 다른 정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 재생제어수단은, 상기 판별수단의 판별에 따라서, 기록매체에 대한 정보재생을 행하는 재생헤드수단으로부터의 레이저파워 상한의 설정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 기록매체는 프리피트와 기록트랙을 구성하는 그루브가 형성되어 있고, 상기 판별수단은, 기록매체에 형성된 프리피트에서 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 기록층의 재질을 나타내는 머티리얼정보가 기록된 판형의 기록매체에 대응해서 데이터의 기록 및/또는 독출을 행하는 기록장치로서,상기 기록매체를 회전구동하는 모터와,상기 기록매체로 향해서 레이저광을 조사하고, 기록매체로부터의 반사광을 검출하는 광헤드와,상기 광헤드의 검출에서 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽고 기록매체의 물리적 특성을 판별하는 판별수단과,상기 판별수단의 판별에 따라서, 기록동작에 관한 설정을 행하고 기록동작을 실행시키는 기록제어수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 기록재생장치.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은, 기록매체에 형성된 워블링 그루브에서 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록재생장치.
- 제 25항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은 또한, 상기 기록매체로부터의 반사광에서 워블링 그루브가 나타내는 다른 정보를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록재생장치.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 기록제어수단은, 상기 판별수단의 판별에 따라서, 기록매체에 대한 정보기록을 행하는 상기 광헤드수단으로부터의 레이저파워 혹은 레이저 발광패턴의 설정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록재생장치.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 기록제어수단은, 기록매체에 대한 주데이터의 기록동작에 수반해서, 기록매체 상의 워블링 그루브에서 읽은 상기 머티리얼정보를 포함해서 주데이터의 관리정보를 생성하고, 기록매체에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록재생장치.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 기록매체는 프리피트와 기록트랙을 구성하는 그루브가 형성되어 있고, 상기 판별수단은, 기록매체에 형성된 프리피트에서 상기 머티리얼정보를 읽은 것을 특징으로 하는 기록재생장치.
