Claims (2)
- 회전자계를 발생시키는 고정자와 회전하는 회전자를 포함하는 농형 유도 전동기에 있어서,상기 회전자(10)는 회전자 코어(12)와 회전자 도체(14)를 포함하며, 회전자 코어는 고투자율을 갖고 상대적으로 전기 전도율이 낮은 연자성 재료로 제조되며, 회전자 도체는 저투자율을 갖고 상대적으로 전기 전도율이 높은 도전 재료로 제조되며, 상기 회전자 코어(12)와 회전자 도체(14)는 상호 일체로 성형되어 전체가 매끄럽고 균일한 원통면을 형성하고,상기 고정자(20)는 축방향으로 적층된 복수의 고정자 판(22)과 고정자 권선(24)을 포함하며, 각각의 고정자 판은 내측 링부(22a)와 외측 링부(22b)가 폐쇄된 원형상이고, 그 사이를 관통하는 슬롯(23)이 구비되며, 상기 슬롯을 통해 고정자 권선이 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속회전용 농형 유도 전동기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯(23) 사이로 반경방향으로 연장되어 내측 링부(22a)와 외측 링부(22b)를 연결하는 복수의 치부(22c)가 구비되고, 슬롯을 통해 치부에만 고정자 권선이 설치되며, 내측 링부(22a) 또는 외측 링부(22b)중 하나가 권선 설치후 다른 것과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속회전용 농형 유도 전동기.
