Description
Claims (6)
- ロータアセンブリであって、
シャフト孔が形成された中央部及び複数の導体が配置された外周部を有する、軟磁性粉末の圧縮プロセスを用いて形成されたロータコアと、
前記ロータコアの前記シャフト孔の周囲の部品に配置された複数の永久磁石と、
隣接する前記永久磁石の互いに異なる磁極間に設けられた極性切替領域に形成された少なくとも1つの第1リップル低減導体と、
前記ロータコアに挿入されるように構成され、前記少なくとも1つの第1リップル低減導体の外側に配置された少なくとも1つの第2リップル低減導体であって、前記第2リップル低減導体の断面積が、前記複数の導体それぞれの断面積よりも小さな断面積である、該少なくとも1つの第2リップル低減導体とを備え、
前記ロータコアに誘起される誘導電圧の極性をなだらかに切り替えて、トルクリップル現象を低減することを特徴とするロータアセンブリ。 - 前記第1リップル低減導体の断面積が、前記複数の導体それぞれの断面積よりも大きな断面積であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1リップル低減導体が、前記ロータコアの前記外周部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の永久磁石が、前記シャフト孔に対して互いに軸対称であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の永久磁石のうちの隣接する永久磁石間の間隔が等しいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のロータアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1リップル低減導体が、前記ロータコアに縦方向に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータアセンブリ。
