Claims (6)
- 광원과, 이 광원으로부터의 광속이 조사되는 복수의 셀렌즈를 가지는 제 1렌즈 어레이와,상기 제 1렌즈 어레이에 대응하고, 복수의 셀렌즈를 가지는 제 2렌즈 어레이와,상기 제 2렌즈 어레이의 광원측에 인접하여 배치된 편광변환소자와,상기 편광변환소자가 광로를 구부림으로써 생기고, 상기 제 1렌즈 어레이에서 상기 제 2렌즈 어레이까지의 광로길이중, 긴 쪽의 광로 길이를 L, 짧은 쪽의 광로 길이를 S, 상기 제 1렌즈 어레이의 셀렌즈의 결상위치를 f로 하였을 때,S〈 f〈 L를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치.
- 광원과, 이 광원으로부터의 광속이 조사되는 복수의 셀렌즈를 가지는 제 1렌즈 어레이와,상기 제 1렌즈 어레이에 대응하고, 복수의 셀렌즈를 가지는 제 2렌즈 어레이와,상기 제 2렌즈 어레이의 광원측과 반대방향측에 인접하여 배치된 편광변환소자와,상기 편광변환소자가 광로를 구부림으로써 생기고, 상기 제 1렌즈 어레이에서 상기 편광변환소자의 사출면까지의 광로 길이중, 긴 쪽의 광로 길이를 L, 짧은 쪽의 광로 길이를 S, 상기 제 1렌즈 어레이의 셀렌즈의 결상위치를 f로 하였을 때,S〈 f〈 L를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치.
- 제 1항 1 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 셀렌즈는, 광변환소자와 서로 닮은 형상으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 편광변환소자가 프리즘형의 편광빔 스플리터와 단면이 삼각형의 프리즘형의 미러와 1/2파장판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 편광변환소자가 판형의 편광빔 스플리터와 미러판과 1/2파장판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치.
- 상기 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 기재의 조명장치에서 출력되는 빛을 3원색으로 분리하고, 각 원색광을 각각 영상신호에 의해 변조하는 광변조소자를 거쳐서 스크린에 투영하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투사형 표시장치.
