Claims (13)
- 다른 3색에 각각 대응하는 서브 화소가 삼각 배치된 액정장치로서,그들의 서브 화소에 전압을 인가하기 위한 도통 라인은, 상기 3색에 대응하는 서브 화소의 화소 전극에 일정한 순서로 반복하여 접속되는 한편,1개의 도통 라인에 공통 접속되는 화소 전극은 해당 도통 라인에 대하여 같은 측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도통 라인은 데이터선으로서, 그 데이터선 중 화소 전극에 따르는 부분의 길이가 길어짐에 따라서, 데이터선과 화소와의 사이의 거리를 길게 하거나, 또는 데이터선을 가늘게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도통 라인은, 6의 배수를 1주기로 하는 패턴으로써 상기 화소 전극에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도통 라인은 상기 화소 전극에 대하여 액티브 소자를 개재시켜 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 액티브 소자는 도전체/절연체/도전체로 이루어지는 박막 다이오드 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 다른 3색에 각각 대응하는 서브 화소가 삼각 배치된 액정장치를 갖는 전자기기로서,그들의 서브 화소에 전압을 인가하기 위한 도통 라인은 상기 3색에 대응하는 서브 화소에 대응하는 화소 전극에, 일정한 순서로 반복하여 접속되는 한편,1개의 도통 라인에 공통 접속되는 화소 전극은 해당 도통 라인에 대하여 같은 측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
- 다른 3색에 각각 대응하는 서브 화소가 삼각 배치된 액정장치로서,그들의 서브 화소에 전압을 인가하기 위한 도통 라인은 서브 화소의 화소 전극과의 기생 용량이 각 서브 화소에 걸쳐 균등화 되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극의 주변은, 그 화소 전극에 접속되는 도통 라인에 의해서 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극에 있어서의 인접하는 도통 라인에 대향하는 변 이외의 주변은, 그 화소 전극에 접속되는 도통 라인에 의해서 거의 동일 폭으로써 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 도통 라인은 6의 배수를 1주기로 하는 패턴으로써 상기 화소 전극에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 도통 라인은 상기 화소 전극에 대하여 액티브 소자를 개재시켜 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 액티브 소자는 도전체/절연체/도전체로 이루어지는 박막 다이오드 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
- 다른 3색에 각각 대응하는 서브 화소가 삼각 배치된 액정장치를 구비하는 전자기기로서,그들의 서브 화소에 전압을 인가하기 위한 도통 라인은, 서브 화소의 화소 전극과의 기생 용량이 각 서브 화소에 걸쳐 균등화 되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
