Description

Nutrients containing water-soluble chitosan for chicken and using method thereof}Nutrients containing water-soluble chitosan for chicken and using method

The present invention relates to a laying hen and broiler nutrient containing fraction water-soluble chitosan and a method of using the same, and more particularly, to a laying hen and broiler nutrient containing a water-soluble chitosan having a number average molecular weight of 27 to 300,000 and a method of using the same. It is about.

Chitosan is a natural biopolymer that has been processed from chitin, which is obtained by removing keratin from shellfish such as crabs, shrimps, squids, etc. in acids, removing calcium components, and dipping them in caustic soda. Is present in the solid state but is somewhat dissolved by some weak acid. The chitosan has been used mainly in our real life recently, and although the exact logical basis is 190 years, it is not only insoluble in distilled water but also insoluble in acids and alkalis, petroleum ether, cold acetone and cold alcohol. Only some of the weak acids except for these have been partially available and the breadth of the use has been limited, and this is the biggest problem in the expansion of the application. However, the recent widespread use of chitosan has led to a wider range of uses in the industry, and it is worth noting that it can be effectively used in various fields.

Chitosan has the only active amino group in natural products and exhibits a cation so that bacteria, viruses and the like having anions can be easily attached or adsorbed.

Since water-soluble chitosan is a natural polymer material and has the highest immunity among various substances, when it is ingested in laying hens and broilers, disease prevention and natural healing are increased and mortality is reduced. In addition, broilers improve meat quality, provide safety and functionality, and in the case of laying hens, the quality of poultry can be improved in many ways, such as increasing egg production, egg weight, and laying age. Resistant to blood clotting disease, epithelial cells can also maintain the normal effect.

Conventional nutrients used in laying and broilers have been used for partial purposes, requiring the use of several nutrients and additives simultaneously or in combination. However, nutritional supplements containing water-soluble chitosan as in the present invention can replace vaccines for disease prevention, contain the necessary nutrients for chickens, and anticipate the effects of antibiotics. In this regard, maximum cost savings can be expected. In addition, fraction water-soluble chitosan has excellent natural antibacterial and antiviral antiseptic properties, sustained release, and efficiency, which can absolutely reduce the amount of synthetic drugs, and can greatly reduce the damage of organic toxins such as environmental hormones and dioxins.

For the same reason, a method of using chitosan in combination with animal feed has been published. Korean Patent Application No. 98-1455 discloses a feed additive prepared by mixing chitosan, organic acid and vitamin C in animal feed, and Korean Patent Application No. 97-68861 discloses chitosan, grass, tannin, Disclosed is a feed composition for livestock containing a crab shell and an amino acid. However, since the patents have a high tendency that the effect is lowered compared to the amount of use by using chitosan without any particular limitation, there is a problem in that the composition is complicated and economically disadvantageous by overcoming these disadvantages by adding other components besides chitosan. In addition, in Korean Patent No. 171246, chitin and chitosan are separated and purified from chitin, and from this, enzymatic methods are used to prepare chitin chitosan with 2 to 10 degree of polymerization as a decomposed product of chitin and chitosan. A target animal feed is disclosed. However, as the Korean Patent No. 171246 uses a molecular weight of 100,000 or less, the effect of sustained release is lowered, and when used as a sugar, it is degraded to an individual molecular weight, so the antibacterial activity is considerably lowered, and the fungus is used as a medium. There is a problem in this regard, and gradually the problem is large in that small molecules reach a limit in terms of use and effects.

The present inventors have found that a nutrient containing fraction water-soluble chitosan having a number average molecular weight of 27 to 300,000 can solve the above problems, and the present invention has been completed based on this.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to replace the existing expensive nutrients, laying hens and broiler nutrients containing fraction water-soluble chitosan having a number average molecular weight of 27 to 300,000 for the purpose of antimicrobial activity, harmful substances emission, increased egg production rate and reduced mortality To provide.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of using the nutrient.

Laying hens and broiler nutrients according to the present invention for achieving the above object 0.1 to 20% by weight of water-soluble chitosan with a number average molecular weight of 27-300,000, 0.1 to 15% by weight citric acid, vitamin group (mineral-vitamin premix), Vitamin B group and / or vitamin C) 0.1-17 weights, 0.3-15 weights of calcium, and the balance consists of water.

The method of using the nutrient according to the present invention for achieving the above another object consists of ingesting the nutrient in an amount of 0.01 to 2 g per day to a laying hen or broiler.

Looking at the present invention in more detail as follows.

Fractional water-soluble chitosan having an average molecular weight of 27 to 300,000 in natural chitosan was used as a main component of the nutrient for laying hens and broilers according to the present invention. Natural chitosan has various molecular weight distributions ranging from single sugar to more than 1 million. Among these broad molecular weight distributions, the average molecular weight was 27 to 300,000, and the effects expected from nutrients were great. . In other words, if the average molecular weight is less than 270,000, the effect of mortality, egg laying rate, egg weight and egg shell change is less effective. If it exceeds 300,000, the expected effect is excellent and the ability to increase immunity improves. There is also a disadvantage of deterioration.

The water-soluble chitosan having a molecular weight of 27 to 300,000 among the natural chitosans used in the present invention was used by separating and purifying chitosan mixtures having various molecular weights by enzyme treatment, ion activation process, and multistage membrane process. The value of the separated water-soluble chitosan and its use by molecular weight are described in Korean Patent Application No. 97-20951.

The water-soluble chitosan is added to the laying hens and broiler nutrients of the present invention in the amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight, if the content of the water-soluble chitosan is less than 0.1% of the addition effect is weak and the ability to absorb water is more than 20 is usually 20 If the weight exceeds the gel (gel) to form a viscous problem in the drinking water supply pipe.

Meanwhile, in the present invention, in order to maximize the effect, one or more vitamin groups selected from the group consisting of mineral-vitamin mixture, vitamin B group and vitamin C were used in an amount of 0.1 to 17 weight, and if the content is less than 0.1 weight, the required amount of vitamin Problems with the supply of, and if more than 17 weight is more than necessary vitamins can enter into economic problems. In addition, in the present invention, to stabilize the added vitamin C to supplement the function of the antioxidant and to prevent rancidity, citric acid was used at 0.1 to 15% by weight. If the content is less than 0.1 weight, the effect is weak, and if it exceeds 15 weight, it is too sour that it tends to be difficult to ingest.

In addition, the nutrient of the present invention includes calcium, but the amount of calcium used is 0.3 to 3 weight, if the content is less than 0.3 weight, the chicken bone formation is weak, the egg is weakened in laying hens, chicken broiler affects the growth When it exceeds 3 weights, the laying hens are excellent in eggshell formation, but are more than necessary in broilers, which is a waste in terms of effectiveness and cost.

The fraction water-soluble chitosan, vitamin group, citric acid and calcium lactate composition formulation satisfies the basic amount of vitamin and calcium, and the synergistic effect of chitosan is also exerted. It is preferable to use 0.01-2g per day per chicken per day for laying hens and broilers containing fractional water-soluble chitosan with a molecular weight of 270,000 to 300,000. If the amount is less than 0.001g, there is no expected effect such as egg formation. If it exceeds 2g, the activity is excellent and the meat quality is improved, but on the broiler side, the increase rate tends to be lowered.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

In order to examine the effects of laying hens and broiler nutrients on egg production rate and weight gain rate as shown in Table 1 below, 300 g of fraction-soluble chitosan having a number average molecular weight of 20,000, 100,000, 200,000, 270,000, 300,000, and 400,000 15g of vitamin group (5g vitamin permix, 5g vitamin B group and 5g vitamin C), 5g citric acid, and 5g calcium were diluted with 20L of water to prepare nutrients for laying hens and broilers. In order to examine the effects on the laying rate and weight gain rate of broilers and broilers, the average of 1g per day was given to the water tanks to investigate the egg production rate and weight gain. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

Laying rates were tested in chickens at 48 weeks of age, and broilers were tested at 35 days of age.

On the other hand, when the chickens were fed the fraction water-soluble chitosan having the number average molecular weights of 270,000 and 300,000 in Example 1, the laying rate and mortality of the laying hens were increased by about 20, respectively. It rose about 15 degrees. In addition, the higher the content ratio of chitosan, the greater the effect, the intake method is good to take periodically once a day, and antibacterial and anti-viral harmful substances discharged in the chitosan was expected to be expected.

In addition, as a result of examining the condition of the chicken 1 to 3 days after ingesting the nutrients formulated as shown in Table 2 in an amount of 0.013 to 0.026g to an average of 1 to 2 kg of chicken, chitosan was obtained at the same time By activating the nutrient in the body, it was not necessary to administer conventional nutrients, increased egg weight, improved egg shell, and reduced the basic feed intake time by about 30 minutes.
