Claims (8)
- 폐쇄력과 반대 방향인 개방방향으로 압력실(7)의 압력을 받는 밸브소자(14)의 압력격면(18)에 의해 영역이 한정되며, 유동의 반대 방향으로 고압연료실(1)과 항상 연결되어 있는 압력실(7)과, 연료 분사 방향과 반대 방향인 내측을 향하여 개방되는 연료분사구(9)를 제어하는 밀폐면(12)이 연결되어 있는 밸브소자와,개방방향의 반대인 폐쇄 방향으로 밸브소자(14)를 작동시키는 작동압력과 밸브소자(14)의 개방력이 우세해지는 해제압력 사이의 값을 갖는 제어압을 받도록 압력 제어실(23)에 노출되는 압력면(26)을 구비한 작동부(15, 15a)를 포함하는 연료분사밸브에 있어서,유압실(20)의 한쪽에 밸브소자(14)에 대해 작용하는 압력 보정면(21)이 접해 있고, 다른 한쪽에는 피스톤(33)의 제 1 피스톤면(36)이 접해 있으며, 상기 제 1 피스톤면(36)의 대향측면의 제 2 피스톤면(38)에는 일정 압력의 기준압이 밸브 소자 폐쇄시키는 방향으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 피스톤면(38)은 제 1 피스톤면(36)보다 작으며, 고압연료실의 압력이 기준압력으로써 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 보정면(21)은 해제압력이 설정되었을 때, 폐쇄 방향으로 작용하는 힘의 총합이 개방 방향으로 작용하는 힘의 총합보다 작도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폐쇄 방향으로 작용하는 힘은 압력면(26) 및 감소된 제어압에서 발생하는 힘과 유압실(20)의 압력작용에 기인한 힘의 합을 포함하며,개방 방향으로 작용하는 힘은 압력격면(18)의 압력 작용 및 밀폐면(12)에 유발되는 힘의 합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부(15, 15a)는 제어압을 수용하는 압력 제어실(23)을 경계짓는 압력면(26)을 보유하고,전자제어밸브(32)를 사용하여 압력 제어실(23)의 압력을 해제하거나 또는 고압연소실의 압력으로 유지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 밸브.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 제어실(23)은 제 1 스로틀(28)을 통해 고압연료실(1)과 항상 연결되어 있으며,상기 제어 밸브(32)는 2/2-밸브이고, 연료분사밸브(8)를 통한 고압분사를 위해서, 이 밸브를 통해 압력 제어실(23)의 압력을 해제압력으로 낮출 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 제어실(23)의 압력은 제 2 스로틀을 통해 낮추어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유압실(20)로 향하는 피스톤(33)의 경로는 리미트(41)에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사 밸브.
