Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 양극판과 음극판 사이에 격리판이 형성된 전극 조립체를 가진 각형 리튬 2차 전지의 제조 방법에 있어서,복수의 격리판들과 상기 격리판들의 폭보다 좁은 폭의 양극판과 음극판을 형성하는 단계;상기 격리판들 사이에 양극판과 음극판을 교대로 삽입하여 적층하는 단계;상기 격리판들의 길이 방향의 양 측부를 가열에 의하여 밀봉함으로써 전극 조립체를 형성하는 단계; 및형성된 전극 조립체를 전해액에 적신 후 케이스에 삽입하여 밀봉하는 단계를 포함한 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극판과 음극판을 형성하는 단계에서,제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4 격리판이 순서대로 적층되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 격리판들 사이에 제1 양극판이 삽입되며, 상기 제2 및 제3 격리판들 사이에 음극판이 삽입되고, 상기 제3 및 제4 격리판들 사이에 제2 양극판이 삽입되는 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양극판과 음극판을 형성하는 단계에서,상기 제2 및 제3 격리판들의 원판 재질이 불화폴리비닐리덴/헥사플로로프로필렌(Polyvynylidene Fluoride/Hexa Fluoro Propylene) 및 염화폴리비닐 중에서 어느 하나인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양극판과 음극판을 형성하는 단계에서,상기 제1 및 제4 격리판들의 원판 재질이 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene)인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체가 복수 개로 형성되고, 형성된 전극 조립체들이 적층되어 묶여진 상태에서 상기 전해액에 적셔지는 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전극 조립체들이 서로 밀착되도록 묶여지는 제조 방법.
