Claims (1)
- 곡물쌀의 혼합가공과정에 있어서 곡물의 종류는 찹쌀 밀 보리 조 옥수수 고구마 감자 메밀 녹두 콩 마 팥 밤 도토리 해바라기 씨 오갈피 열매이고, 이와 같은 곡물류 중에서 1∼3가지를 선택하고 벼와 선택한 곡물류를 따로따로 100℃의 뜨거운 물에 넣고 40분정도 삶어서 꺼내고 햇볕에 단단하게 건조 후 삶은 벼는 현미기에 넣고 벼의 껍질(왕겨)을 벗기고 선택한 곡물은 각각 껍질을 벗기거나 쪼개서 삶은 현미쌀이나 삶은 곡물을 제분기에 넣고 제분해서 고운 쌀가루나 고운 곡물가루로 만들고, 곡물쌀 혼합 가공과정은 삶은 쌀가루 80%에 곡물가루 20%정도 넣고 혼합하고 물 35∼45%정도를 함께 골고루 혼합믹서해서 2mm로 곡물쌀의 세로두께(1B)로 넙적하게 눌러서 3mm로 곡물쌀의 가로두께(1C)로 쪼갠 후 바로 밑에서 5mm로 곡물쌀의 길이(1A)로 잘라내고 햇볕에 단단하게 건조 후 정미기에 넣고 1∼2회 믹서해서 쌀겨를 걸러내고 마무리 가공함에 있어서;곡물쌀은 쌀 껍질 부분의 영양소와 쌀눈의 영양소 및 곡물 껍질부분의 영양소가 곡물쌀에 결합되고 껍질(왕겨)과 함께 삶어서 가공했기에 영양소가 더 많아지고 곡물류 각각 성인병의 효능이 있으며 곡물쌀로 밥을 하면 곡물쌀을 물에 씻을 필요 없이 1차 삶어서 가공했기에 밥하는 시간이 단축되며 고소하므로 우리의 건강에 좋은 곡물쌀에 있어서;
