Claims (9)
- 전위차법 전극계의 기준전극에 있어서, 시료와 접해있는 기준전극의 계면적을 증가시키고, 내부기준용액의 보호막으로 이온선택성물질을 포함시킨 이온감지막을 도입시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기준전극은 기판 (11)과; 금속층 (12); 난용성 금속염 층 (13); 수용액 중에서 금속층의 절연을 위한 절연막 층 (18); 내부기준용액인 수화 겔 (14); 그리고 계면 (16)이 형성될 부분을 제외하고 시료용액 (60)과 내부기준용액 (14)의 분리를 위한, 또는 계면의 오염시에는 이온감지막으로서의 작동을 위한 이온감응성 보호막 (17)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전극.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 기판 (11)은 플라스틱류 또는 세라믹류이고; 금속층 (12)은 순수 금속류이거나 이들을 일정 비율로 혼합한 합금류이고; 난용성 금속염 층 (13)은 할로겐화 은이고; 절연막 층 (18)은 무기 고분자류 또는 유기 고분자류이고; 수화 겔 (14)은 염이 포화상태로 녹아 있고, 수용성 고분자가 용해되어 있으며; 이온감응성 보호막 (17)은 일반적인 이온선택성 전극막들이 그대로 도입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준 전극.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 기판 (11)은 플라스틱류인 폴리(비닐 클로라이드) {poly(vinyl chloride) 또는 세라믹류인 알루미나 (alumina, Al2O3)이고; 금속층 (12)은 은 (Ag), 백금 (Pt), 금 (Au) 및 구리 (Cu) 중에서 선택되는 순수 금속류와 이들을 일정 비율로 혼합한 합금류이고; 난용성 금속염 층 (13)은 염화 은 (AgCl), 브롬화 은 (AgBr) 및 요오드화 은 (AgI) 중에서 선택되는 할로겐화 은이고; 절연막 층 (18)은 무기 고분자류인 세라믹 또는 유전막이거나 유기 고분자류인 감광성 절연막이고; 수화 겔 (14)은 KCl, KNO3및 NH4NO3중에서 선택되는 염이 포화상태로 녹아 있고, 폴리아크릴산 (polyacrylic acid), 메토셀(Methocel), 폴리비닐 알코올 (polyvinyl alcohol), (히드록시프로필)메틸 셀룰로스 {(hydroxypropyl)methyl cellulose}, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 (polyvinylpyrrolidone), 폴리(메틸메타크릴레이트) {poly(methyl methacrylate)}, 한천 (agar) 및 젤라틴 (gelatin) 중에서 선택되는 수용성 고분자가 0.5-30 중량%로 용해되어 있으며; 이온감응성 보호막 (17)은 칼륨이온, 나트륨이온, 칼슘이온 및 염화이온선택성 전극막 중에서 선택되는 일반적인 이온선택성 전극막인 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전극.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 이온감응성 보호막 (17)은 그 고분자 지지체가 폴리(비닐 클로라이드), 실리콘 러버 (silicone rubber) 및 폴리우레탄 (polyurethane) 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 기준전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기준전극의 구성에 더하여 보다 정밀한 자기 진단기능을 위한 보정전극 (50)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전극.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 보정전극 (50)은 기판 (11); 금속층 (12); 난용성 금속염 층 (13); 그리고 수용액 중에서 금속층의 절연을 위한 절연막 층 (18)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전극
- 제 7항에 있어서, 기판 (11)은 플라스틱류 또는 세라믹류이고; 금속층 (12)은 순수 금속류이거나 이들을 일정 비율로 혼합한 합금류이고; 난용성 금속염 층 (13)은 할로겐화 은이며; 절연막 층 (18)은 무기 고분자류 또는 유기 고분자류인 것을 특징으로 하는 기준 전극.
