Claims (3)
- 압축기 피스톤의 일측에 이 압축기 피스톤을 사판 외주에 끼워 결합하기 위해 형성된 요홈 내에, 이 피스톤이 상기 사판 요동에 따른 사판의 경사각 변위를 수용할 수 있게 하는 편구(偏球)를 안치하기 위하여, 상기 요홈의 마주보는 양측내벽에 상기 요홈의 간극보다 큰 직경의 가상구(假想球)를 이루는 한 쌍의 편구홈을 가공하기 위한 압축기 피스톤 가공방법에 있어서,상기 요홈 너비보다 작은 회전경을 갖는 원호형 절삭날의 커터를 상기 요홈내로 이송하는 진입이송단계와,상기 요홈에 진입된 상기 커터를 회전시킴과 동시에 그 회전축이 상기 피스톤에 대한 상대운동으로 상기 요홈 내에서 원형의 궤적을 따라 공전되게 함으로써 상기 커터가 상기 요홈의 양측 내벽면을 공전방향을 따라 순차적으로 절삭하여 상기 양측 내벽면에 각각 편구홈을 가공하는 절삭가공단계와,상기 절삭가공단계에서의 절삭가공 후 초기 위치로 복귀된 상기 커터를 상기 요홈 외측으로 후퇴이송하는 후퇴이송단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 피스톤 가공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤을 고정하고 상기 커터의 회전축을 상기 피스톤 요홈 내 원형 궤도를 따라 이송시킴으로써 상기 커터가 공전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 피스톤 가공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커터의 회전축을 고정하고, 상기 피스톤을 상기 요홈내 원형 궤도를 따라 이송함으로써 상기 피스톤에 대한 상기 커터의 상대위치가 공전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 피스톤 가공방법.
