Claims (5)
- 미세다공성 지지층상에 다관능성 아민을 함유하는 수용액을 침지한 후 잉여의 수용액을 제거하고 그 표면에 다관능성 아민 아실클로라이드, 다관능성 술포닐클로라이드 또는 다관능성 이소시아네이트 중에서 선택된 아민 반응성 화합물이 용해된 유기용액을 접촉시켜 계면중합을 실시하여 복합소재 분리막을 제조하는 주지의 공정에서, 다관능성 아민 수용액에 극성프로틱 용매 또는 극성프로틱 용매와 극성아프로틱 용매의 혼합물을 첨가하고 다관능성 아민으로는 최소한 한 개 이상의 방향족 1급 디아민과 방향족 1급 디아민 유도체, 최소한 한 개 이상의 방향족 1급 디아민과 1급 또는 3급 아민만의 관능기를 갖는 다관능성 아민, 알칸 1급 디아민, 시클로알리파틱 디아민, 방향족 2급 디아민, 크시릴린 디아민 중에서 선택된 단독 또는 2개 이상의 혼합성분으로 된 다관능성 디아민을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드계 복합소재 분리막 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다관능성 아민으로 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2의 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 아미드계 복합소재 분리막 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2]
- 제1항에 있어서, 다관능성 방향족 아민은 파라페닐렌디아민 임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드계 복합소재 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 극성프로틱 용매는 부탄올, 펜탄올, 헥산올, 시클로헥산올, 시클로펜탄올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1-6-헥산디올, 1,7-햅탄디올, 1,8-옥탄디올 중에서 선택된 용매임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드계 복합소재 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 극성아프로틱 용매는 디메틸술폭사이드, 부틸술폭사이드, 테트라메틸렌술폰, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸아세테이트, N-메틸피롤리돈 중에서 선택된 용매임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드계 복합소재 분리막의 제조방법.
