- 다공성 지지층 상에이미다졸, 상기 이미다졸 치환체, 트리아졸, 상기 트리아졸 치환체, 테트라졸 및 상기 테트라졸 치환체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 단독 또는 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합형태 0.001~5중량%가 함유된 폴리아민 수용액을 코팅하고,과잉의 상기 폴리아민 수용액을 제거하고,다관능성 아실할라이드, 다관능성 술포닐할라이드 및 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 0.005~5중량%를 유기용매에 용해시켜 용액을 제조하고,상기 지지층의 표면에 상기 제조된 용액을 디핑법 또는 스프레이법으로 접촉시켜 계면중합 반응시켜, 폴리아미드 막을 형성시키고,상기 형성된 폴리아미드 막을 공기건조 후 염기성 수용액에 세척하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고유량 역삼투 폴리아마이드막 제조방법.
- 다공성 지지층 상에폴리아민 수용액을 코팅하고,과잉의 상기 폴리아민 수용액을 제거하고,이미다졸, 상기 이미다졸 치환체, 트리아졸, 상기 트리아졸 치환체, 테트라졸 및 상기 테트라졸 치환체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 단독 또는 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합형태 0.0005~0.02중량% 및 다관능성 아실할라이드, 다관능성 술포닐할라이드 및 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 0.005~5중량%를 유기용매에 용해시켜 용액을 제조하고,상기 지지층의 표면에 상기 제조된 용액을 디핑법 또는 스프레이법으로 접촉시켜 계면중합 반응시켜, 폴리아미드 막을 형성시키고,상기 형성된 폴리아미드 막을 공기건조 후 염기성 수용액에 세척하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고유량 역삼투 폴리아마이드막 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아민은 메타페닐렌 디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 고유량 역삼투 폴리아마이드막 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아민 수용액은 폴리아민 0.1~20중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 고유량 역삼투 폴리아마이드막 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다관능성 아실할라이드는 트리메조일클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 고유량 역삼투 폴리아마이드막 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아민 수용액은 2-부톡시에탄올 및 글리세롤을 각각 0.01~8중량%를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 고유량 역삼투 폴리아마이드막 제조방법.
