Claims (3)
- 자계를 발생하는 자계발생수단과, 이 자계발생수단과 소정의 간극을 갖고 배치되고, 이 자계발생수단에 의해 발생된 자계를 변화시키는 돌기형상을 구비한 자성회전체와, 이 자성회전체에서 변화된 자계에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 거대자기저항소자를 구비하고, 상기 거대자기저항소자를, 이 거대자기저항소자에 큰 저항변화율을 부여하는 소정범위의 자계강도를 갖는 바이어스 자계가 인가되는 위치에 상기 자계발생수단과 소정의 간극을 갖고 배치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자계발생수단의 상기 자성회전체의 회전방향 사이즈를 L 로 하고, 상기 거대자기저항소자에 인가되는 바이어스자계의 자계벡터 방향을 θ(상기 거대자기저항소자의 감자면에 수직인 벡터를 O0)로 한 경우θ={(L/2)+4}±2[0]가 성립하도록 상기 거대자기저항소자의 자기저항패턴을 배치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,브리지회로를 구성하는 상기 거대자기저항소자의 자기저항 패턴간의 피치를 P로 하고, 상기 거대자기저항소자에 바이어스자계를 인가하는 상기 자계발생수단의 상기 자성회전체의 회전방향 사이즈를 L로 하고, 상기 자성회전체의 돌기폭을 M라고 했을 때,P={L×(0.25×M+0.4)/7}±0.3[mm]가 성립하도록 상기 거대자기저항소자의 자기저항패턴을 배치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기검출장치.
