Claims (3)
- 밸브구멍이 개설되고, 그 밸브구멍의 중앙에 열려진 공급유체통로, 그 양측에 열려진 2개의 출력유체통로 및 그들의 양측에 열려진 2개의 배출유체통로를 설치한 5포트 밸브용의 밸브몸체와, 상기한 밸브구멍 내에 미끄럼 동작 가능하게 배설된 밸브체와, 상기한 밸브구멍의 축 방향 양측에 배설된 제1, 제2피스톤을 보유하고, 그들 피스톤에 대한 파일럿 유체압의 작용에 의해 밸브체를 작동시키는 주밸브; 그리고,제1 및 제2솔레노이드 기구를 구비하여, 그들 솔레노이드 기구의 작동에 의해 파일럿 유체압을 각각 상기의 제1피스톤과 제2피스톤에 개별적으로 작용시키는 제1 및 제2파일럿 밸브로 이루어지는 파일럿 밸브부를 구비한 것에 있어서,상기한 밸브몸체의 밸브구멍에 안으로 삽입하는 밸브체를, 공급유체통로의 양측에 있어서 그 공급유체통로의 유체압에 의한 작용력을 밸브체의 복귀력으로 하는 2개의 밸브체로 구성하고, 그들 밸브체에, 각각 출력유체통로를 공급유체통로와 배출유체통로로 변환 연이어 통하게 하기 위한 봉합부를 설치하며,상기한 밸브체에 있어서의 피스톤이 접촉하는 단부에, 그 밸브체의 축 방향의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드부를 설치하는 동시에, 공급유체통로의 양측에 위치하는 랜드 상의 봉합위치와 그 랜드로부터 이탈한 유통위치로 변환 이동하는 봉합부에 있어서, 밸브체의 주위에, 그 봉합부가 유통위치에 있는 때에도 상기의 랜드 상에 위치하는 복수의 축 방향 가이드부를, 그들 사이에 유체통로를 흐르는 유체의 유체통로 홈을 사이에 두고 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 5포트 전자밸브 몸체를 이용한 3포트 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급유체통로의 양측에 위치하는 랜드 상의 봉합위치와 그 랜드로부터 공급유체통로 측으로 이탈한 유통위치로 변환 이동시키는 봉합부에 있어서, 상기한 랜드로의 상승 측으로, 그 봉합부가 유통위치에 있는 때에도 상기한 랜드 상에 위치하는 복수의 축 방향 가이드부를, 그들 사이에 공급유체통로를 흐르는 유체의 유체통로 홈을 사이에 두고 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 5포트 전자밸브 몸체를 이용한 3포트 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급유체통로의 양측에 위치하는 랜드 상의 봉합위치와 그 랜드로부터 출력유체통로 측으로 이탈한 유통위치로 변환 이동시키는 봉합부에 있어서, 상기한 랜드로의 상승 측으로, 그 봉합부가 유통위치에 있는 때에도 상기한 랜드 상에 위치하는 복수의 축 방향 가이드부를, 그들 사이에 출력유체통로를 흐르는 밸브체의 유체통로 홈을 사이에 두고 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 5포트 전자밸브 몸체를 이용한 3포트 전자밸브.
