Description
Claims (14)
- 분할 조인트(2d)를 가지는 초크링(2)과 상기 분할 조인트(2d)의 덮개를 위한 상기 초크링(2)의 근처에 인접하여 배열되는 지지링(1)을 포함하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 지지링(1)은 상기 분할 조인트(2d)가 반경방향으로 완전히 덮이도록 하는 방법으로 배열되는 세그먼트 부분(1d)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 초크링(2)은 탄성이 있는 플라스틱으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초크링(2)은 반경방향으로 일정한 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초크링(2)의 반경방향 폭은 상기 갭(2d)과 마주보는 면에서 가장 크고 상기 갭(2d)을 향하여 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초크링(2)은 반경방향으로 연장되는 그루브(2b)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지링(1)뿐만 아니라 상기 초크링(2)은 상호 고정된 지점에서 상기 링(1,2)들을 고정시키기 위한 공통 연결 수단(1c, 2c)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지링(1)은 무한링으로서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지링(1)은 내부 원을 둘러 싸고, 상기 내부 원과 면하는 측면상에 관통하는 컷-아웃(1b)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지링(1)은 축 방향 높이(H)를 가지고; 그리고 상기 지지링의 중심에 면하는 표면(2i)은 실린더 형상으로 높이(H)의 부분(2e)까지 연장되고, 또 다른 부분(2g)은 발산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초크링(2) 및/또는 상기 지지링(1)은, 플라스틱, 즉 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 변형된 고온 폴리머, 즉 폴리(에테르 에테르 케톤)(PEEK), 폴리(에테르 케톤)(PEK), 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리(페닐렌 설파이드)(PPS), 폴리벤즈이미다졸(PBI), 폴리아미드이미드(PAI), 또는 변형된 에폭시수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초크장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 11 중 어느 한 항의 초크장치를 구비한 밀봉 패킹.
- 청구항 1 내지 11 중 어느 한 항의 초크장치를 구비한 피스톤 압축기
- 밀봉될 몸체(4)의 슬라이딩면과 접촉하는 상태로 놓이는 청구항 1 내지 11 중 어느 한 항의 초크장치로 다이나믹 압력요소를 댐핑 또는 밀봉하는 방법으로서, 반경방향으로 슬라이딩면으로 향하여 작용하는 힘은 압력 최고점에 의하여 탄성 초크링(2) 상에서 만들어져 초크링(2)의 밀봉표면(2e)이 슬라이딩면에 대향하여 압력을 받고, 이로써 축방향으로 초크장치의 증가된 밀봉작용이 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
