Claims (21)
- 코팅 필름이 적용된 알루미늄 프로필을 제공하고,방전 처리를 수지와 결합하도록 되어 있는 프로필 일부의 코팅된 표면 상에서 수행한 다음,수지 물질을 방전 처리된 부분에 결합시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수지-복합재 알루미늄 프로필의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 프로필이 수지로 충진될 적어도 하나의 리세스를 갖고, 방전 처리가 리세스의 코팅된 내면 상에서 수행되고, 수지 물질이 방전 처리된 리세스에 충진되는 방법.
- 코팅 필름이 적용되고, 대향하는 측면 시이트 부재 및 부재들 사이에 배치되고 수지로 충진될 리세스를 포함하는 알루미늄 프로필을 제공하고,방전 처리를 프로필 리세스의 코팅된 내면 상에서 수행하고,수지 물질을 방전 처리된 리세스에 충진한 다음,리세스를 형성하는 알루미늄 프로필 부분을 절단하여 수지 물질로 서로 일체로 결합된 대향하는 측면 시이트 부재를 갖는 단열 프로필을 수득하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 단열 알루미늄 프로필의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 프로필이 대향하는 측면 시이트 부재 사이에 배치되고 수지로 충진되도록 적용된 적어도 두개의 리세스를 갖고 방전 처리 및 수지 물질로의 충진이 리세스 중 하나에서 수행되고, 이어서 다른 한 리세스를 형성하는 알루미늄 프로필 부분이 한 리세스를 형성하는 알루미늄 프로필 부분이 절단되는 시기에 절단되고, 수지 시이트가 절단된 부분을 폐색하기 위해서 다른 한 리세스의 절단 부분에 포개지고, 후속적으로 방전 처리 및 수지로의 충진이 다른 리세스의 내측에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 프로필이 방전 처리의 결과로 유리 친수성 작용 그룹을 형성할 수 있는 코팅 물질로부터 형성된 코팅 필름을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅 필름이 전착 코팅, 액침 코팅, 및 정전기 코팅으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 방법에 의해서 알루미늄 프로필 상에서 형성되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충진용 수지 물질이 실질적으로 이소시아네이트와 폴리올로 형성된 우레탄 수지이고 알루미늄 프로필이 방전 처리의 결과로 이소시아네이트와 반응하는, 작용 그룹을 형성할 수 있는 코팅 물질로부터 형성된 코팅 필름을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 프로필의 코팅된 표면이 이의 표면 장력이 45 dyn/cm 이상의 수준에 도달하고 부여된 5 ㎕의 물방울의 확산이 3.5 mm 이상의 직경에 도달할 때까지 방전 처리되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방전 처리가 코로나 방전 처리인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 수지 시이트가 폴리에스테르로 제조되는 방법.
- 코팅 필름이 적용되고 코팅된 표면의 적어도 일부가 방전 처리되는 알루미늄 프로필, 및알루미늄 프로필의 방전 처리된 부분에 결합된 수지 물질을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수지-복합재 알루미늄 프로필.
- 코팅 필름이 적용되고, 각각이 대향하는 코팅된 표면에 방전 처리된 부분을 갖는 대향하는 측면 시이트 부재를 포함하는 알루미늄 프로필, 및측면 시이트 부재를 연결하고, 대향하는 측면 시이트 부재의 대향면의 방전 처리된 부분 사이에 일체로 결합되는 수지 물질로 형성된 결합 부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 단열 알루미늄 프로필.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 프로필이 각각 측면 시이트 부재의 대향면에 형성된, 적어도 한 쌍의 방전 처리된 대향하는 리세스를 갖고 결합 부재가 리세스에 결합되는 프로필.
- 제 11 항 내지 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 프로필이 방전 처리의 결과로 유리 친수성 작용 그룹을 형성할 수 있는 코팅 물질로부터 형성되는 코팅 필름을 갖는 프로필.
- 제 11 항 내지 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지 물질이 실질적으로 이소시아네이트와 폴리올로 형성된 우레탄 수지이고 알루미늄 프로필이 방전 처리의 결과로 이소시아네이트와 반응하는, 작용 그룹을 형성할 수 있는 코팅 물질로부터 형성된 코팅 필름을 갖는 프로필.
- 코팅된 알루미늄 프로필 운반 수단,운반 수단 상에서의 이동시 프로필에서 방전 처리를 수행할 목적으로 운반 수단 상의 알루미늄 프로필에 자유로이 인접되도록 배치된 방전 수단, 및방전 수단의 하류에 배치되고 운반 수단 상에서 알루미늄 프로필에 자유로이 인접되도록 적용된 수지 충진 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수지-복합재 알루미늄 프로필의 제조 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 코팅된 알루미늄 프로필을 운반하기 위한, 접지된 금속 부분을 갖는 운반 장치,운반 장치 위에 배치되고 운반 수단 상에서의 이동시 프로필 상에 방전 처리를 수행할 목적으로 운반 수단 상의 알루미늄 프로필에 자유로이 인접되도록 적용된 전원에 연결된 전극을 갖는 코로나 방전장치, 및코로나 방전 장치의 하류 측에 배치되고, 운반 장치 위에 배치되는 주입 장치를 갖고 운반 장치 상의 알루미늄 프로필에 자유로이 인접되도록 적용된 수지 충진 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 운반 장치에 실질적으로 수직인 방향으로 이동가능하도록 적용된 테이블, 테이블에 장착된 지지 부재 및 수직으로 이동하도록 허용된 지지 부재에 부착된 상승 플레이트를 포함하는 전극 위치 조정 장치를 추가로 포함하고, 전극이 상승 플레이트 하부측에 부착되는 장치.
- 제 17 항 또는 18 항에 있어서, 운반 장치가 전극 아래에 배치된 금속 롤러 및 고무로 덮인 다수의 롤러를 포함하는 롤러 컨베이어인 장치.
- 로드 또는 플레이트 형상의 성형된 기본부 및 기본부의 하부 말단 부분으로부터 측면으로 돌출하고 알루미늄 프로필의 리세스로 삽입될 때 처리될 리세스의 내면과 대면하도록 적용된 돌출부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 엣지를 따라 적어도 하나의 리세스를 갖는 알루미늄 프로필의 방전 처리용 전극.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 돌출부가 묶여서 기본부의 하부 말단부에 고정되는 상부 말단을 갖는 다수의 선형 재료로 형성되는 전극.
