Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 크로스멤버에 관한 것이며, 특히는 내구성이 증가되고 작업성이 향상된 크로스멤버의 구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 스테빌라이즈 바아와 기어박스를 포함하는 크로스멤버에 있어서, 상기 기어박스는 크로스멤버의 외측에 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트에 의해 결합되고, 상기 스테빌라이즈 바아는 크로스멤버의 내측에서 스테빌라이즈 바아 마운팅 브라켓트에 의해 양단지지 되도록 형성되며, 상기 크로스멤버의 하부에는 양측부를 연결하는 스테이로드가 설치된 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공한다.
그래서, 크로스멤버의 내부에 설치되던 기어박스를 외측에 설치함으로 기어박스 장, 탈착시 작업공간이 넓어 작업능률을 향상시킬뿐만 아니라, 기어박스를 지지하는 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트가 간단하여 필요이상의 부재를 절약하는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명은 스테빌라이즈바아를 크로스멤버의 내측에서 연장된 외팔보로 지지하지 않고, 크로스멤버의 양쪽 내부에서 연장된 지지부재로 지지함으로 스테빌라이즈바아의 지지력이 향상된 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명은 크로스멤버(20)의 양쪽 하단부를 스테이로드(23)로 연결함으로써, 크로스멤버의 강도와 강성을 증가시키는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.

Description

크로스멤브의 구조
본 발명은 자동차의 보강구조에 관한 것이며, 특히는 내구성이 증가되고 작업성이 향상된 크로스멤버의 구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 크로스멤버는 언더보디 등에 쓰여지고 있는 골격으로 강도나 강성을 높이기 위하여 사용되고 있으며, 자동차의 진행방향에 대하여 직각으로 설치되어 있는 것을 말한다.
도 1에는 자동차의 크로스멤버를 나타낸 부분 확대 평면도가 도시되어 있으며, 도 2에는 도 1의 A-A선을 나타낸 종래의 단면도가 도시되어 있다. 도시된 바와 같이, 종래의 크로스멤버는 메인크로스멤버(10)의 내부에 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(11)에 의해 기어박스(12)가 설치되어 있으며, 크로스멤버(10)의 하부 일측에는 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(25)에 의해 스테빌라이즈바아(14)가 설치되어 있다.
상기 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(11)에 있어서, 상기 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(11)의 양쪽 선단부는 크로스멤버(10)의 양측내면에 결합되며, 상기 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(11)의 중앙부는 기어박스(12)가 볼트(13)에 의해 체결되어 있다.
또한, 상기 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(25)는 상기 크로스멤버(10)의 일측 하부에서 연장된 외팔보의 선단부에 스테빌라이즈바아(14)가 설치되어 있다.
그래서, 종래의 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(11)는 크로스멤버(10)의 내부에 설치된 관계로 기어박스(12) 장, 탈착 작업시 작업공간이 협소하여 기어박스(12)의 장탈작업이 어려울뿐만 아니라, 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(11)를 구성하는 부재가 많이 소요되어 필요이상의 부재를 낭비하는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 종래의 크로스멤버(10)는 일측의 하부에서 연장된 외팔보에 의해 스테빌라이즈바아(14)가 고정됨으로 지지력이 약한 문제점이 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 목적은 크로스멤버에 설치되는 기어박스의 장, 탈착성을 향상시킬뿐만 아니라, 구조가 간단한 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적은 스테빌라이즈바아의 지지력을 향상시키고, 크로스멤버의 강도와 강성을 향상시키는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공한다.

도 2는 도 1의 A-A선을 나타낸 종래 고안의 확대 단면도이다.

이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명은 기어박스와 스테빌라이즈바아를 포함하는 크로스멤버에 있어서, 상기 기어박스는 크로스멤버의 외측에 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트에 의해 결합되고, 상기 스테빌라이즈바아는 크로스멤버의 내측에서 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트에 의해 양단지지 되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공한다.
이하, 첨부 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 크로스멤버의 구조에 대한 상세한 설명을 하면 다음과 같다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 크로스멤버의 구조를 나타낸 단면도가 도시되어 있다. 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 크로스멤버(20)의 구조는 크로스멤버(20)의 외측에 기어박스(12)를 설치하고 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(21)로 지지하고 있으며, 스테빌라이즈바아(14)는 크로스멤버(20)의 양쪽 내측에 결합된 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(22)에 의해 지지되고 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 크로스멤버(20)는 양측 하단부를 스테이로드(23)로 연결하고 있어, 크로스멤버(20) 자체의 강도가 강성이 향상된다.
상기 기어박스(12)를 지지하는 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트(21)는 수용되는 기어박스(12)의 외형과 유사하게 절곡한 덮개부재(21)의 양쪽선단부에 볼팅을 할 수 있는 통공이 형성되어 있어서, 기어박스(12)를 크로스멤버(20)에 체결할 경우 덮개부재(21)의 양쪽선단부를 볼트(24)로 체결하면 된다.
또한, 스테빌라이즈바아(14)를 지지하는 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(22)는 전술한 바와 같이, 크로스멤버(20)의 내부 양측면에 결합되고, 중앙부에는 스테빌라이즈바아(14)가 설치된다. 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(22)의 중앙부에 설치되는 스테빌라이즈바아(14)를 수용할 수 있도록 절곡되어 있으며, 상기 절곡된 부위에 덮개부재(25)를 볼팅하여 스테빌라이즈바아(14)를 고정시킨다. 또한, 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(22)는 크로스멤버(20)의 양측내부에 결합되므로 크로스멤버(20)와 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(22)는 폐곡부(26)를 형성한다. 그래서, 크로스멤버(20)는 작용하는 하중에 대한 강성이나 강도가 향상될 수 있다.
이어 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 기어박스(12)를 장, 탈착하려면, 크로스멤버(20)의 외측에서, 기어박스(12)가 수용된 덮개부재(21)를 볼트(24)로 체결하거나 해체하면 된다. 또한, 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트(22)는 크로스멤버(20)의 내부 양측을 연결하고 폐곡부(26)를 형성함으로 크로스멤버(20)의 강도나 강성을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 스테빌라이즈바아(14)를 지지하는 구속력이 증가하는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
따라서, 본 발명은 크로스멤버의 내부에 설치되던 기어박스를 외측에 설치함으로 기어박스 장, 탈착시 작업공간이 넓어 작업능률을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 기어박스를 지지하는 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트도 간단하여 기어박스를 지지하는데 필요한 부재를 절약하는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명은 스테빌라이즈바아를 크로스멤버의 내측에서 연장된 외팔보로 지지하지 않고, 크로스멤버의 내부 양측에 연결된 양단고정보 형식 형성됨으로 크로스멤버의 강도나 강성을 증가시킬뿐만 아니라, 스테빌라이즈바아를 지지하는 구속력도 증가하는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명은 크로스멤버(20)의 양쪽 하단부를 스테이로드(23)로 연결함으로써, 크로스멤버의 강도와 강성을 증가시키는 크로스멤버의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 본 발명의 구체적인 실시예를 상세히 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 바탕으로 다양한 변경과 수정이 가능할 것이다.

  1. 스테빌라이즈바아와 기어박스를 포함하는 크로스멤버에 있어서, 상기 기어박스는 크로스멤버의 외측에 기어박스 마운팅 브라켓트에 의해 결합되고, 상기 스테빌라이즈바아는 크로스멤버의 내측에서 스테빌라이즈바아 마운팅 브라켓트에 의해 양단지지되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스멤버의 구조.
