Claims (20)
- 프리즘 셀에 사용되는 전극의 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) 코어(6) 둘레에 전극판(1, 2, 3)을 감는 단계 - 상기 전극판은 판의 형태인 양 전극(2), 판의 형태인 음 전극(1), 및 상기 양 및 음 전극들(1, 2) 사이에 삽입된 절연판(3)을 포함함 -;(b) 상기 코어(6)를 빼내어 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)를 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)를 압축하여 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)를 평탄하게 하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)를 셀 케이스(cell case)(11)에 삽입하기 전에 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)를 가열시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)가 압축되면서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)가 압축되기 전에 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(d) 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)를 주형(7)에 고정시키는 단계;(e) 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)와 상기 주형(7)을 유연한 플라스틱으로 된 백(bag)(13)에 삽입하는 단계; 및(f) 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)와 상기 주형(7)을 상기 백(13)에 열적으로 밀폐시키는 단계를 더 포함하되,상기 단계들 (d), (e) 및 (f)는 상기 단계들 (b)와 (c)사이에서 실행되며, 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)는 압축되면서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)는 상기 단계 (c)에서 임의의 시간 주기 동안 압축이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제11항에서, 상기 절연판(3)은 폴리에틸렌(PE))으로 이루어지고, 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)는 30 내지 130℃ 범위의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에서, 상기 절연판(3)은 폴리프로필렌(PP)으로 이루어지고, 상기 감겨진 전극판 피착부(10)는 30 내지 160℃ 범위의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
