Abstract

본 발명은 뺑소니 방지용 번호판 조명장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 뺑소니가 일어나는 상황을 차량이 물리적으로 인식하여 발광등을 자동으로 번호판에 투광시켜 음각된 번호를 식별할 수 있게 하기 위하여, 차속을 감지하는 차속센서(1)와, 프론트 범퍼(2) 내에 내장되어 충격량을 감지하는 충격감지센서(3a, 3b, 3c)와, 이 충격감지센서(3a, 3b, 3c)와 차속센서(1)의 입력신호를 검지하고 연산하여 일정 이상의 차속에서 일정 이상의 감속률과 충격량을 가질 때 출력하는 제어기(4), 그리고 이 제어기(4)의 출력에 따라 차량번호판(5) 상에 음각된 번호(6)를 투광하는 발광등(7a, 7b)을 구비시킨 것이다.

Description

뺑소니 방지용 번호판 조명장치
본 발명은 뺑소니 방지용 번호판 조명장치(Fleeing Preventive Number Plate Lightening Systme)에 관한 것이다.
차량이 야간에 사람을 치거나 기물에 손상을 입히고 뺑소니치는 경우에는 주위의 목격자 또는 당사자가 그 뺑소니 차량의 후방에 설치된 번호판을 보고 도주차량의 차량번호를 인식하게 된다.
그러나, 노후된 차량이나 공사장 차량의 경우에는 번호판이 제대로 보이지 않아 야간에 사고차량이 뺑소니를 치더라도 번호판의 차량번호를 식별할 수 없어 문제가 되고 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 뺑소니가 일어나는 상황을 차량이 물리적으로 인식, 즉 일정 이상의 차속에서 일정 이상의 감속률을 보이고 차량에 일정 이상의 충격이 가해지면 발광등을 자동으로 번호판에 투광시켜 음각된 번호를 식별할 수 있게 하여 뺑소니를 방지하도록 하는데 있는 것이다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구성을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 차속을 감지하는 차속센서(1)와, 프론트 범퍼(2) 내에 내장되어 충격량을 감지하는 충격감지센서(3a, 3b, 3c)와, 이 충격감지센서(3a, 3b, 3c)와 차속센서(1)의 입력신호를 검지하고 연산하여 일정 이상의 차속에서 일정 이상의 감속률과 충격량을 가질 때 출력하는 제어기(4), 그리고 이 제어기(4)의 출력에 따라 차량번호판(5) 상에 음각된 번호(6)를 투광하는 발광등(7a, 7b)을 구비시킨 것이다.
상기 충격감지센서(3a, 3b, 3c)는 프론트 범퍼(2)의 3방향에 설치되고, 상기 발광등(7a, 7b)은 차량 후방에 있는 차량번호판(5) 위에 양쪽에 설치된다.
그리고 상기에서 제어기(4)가 갖는 설정값은 차속이 30km/h 이상으로 하고, 차속의 감속률은 20% 이상으로 하며, 충격량은 일반적으로 사람이 범퍼에 부딪혀 부상을 입을 정도의 충격값으로 그 최소치로 하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 구성에 따라, 차량이 예컨대 약 30km/h 이상으로 야간 주행중 사람을 칠 경우 약 20% 이상의 감속률을 보이기 때문에 이러한 상황이 차속센서(1)와 충격감지센서(3a, 3b, 3c)의 입력신호가 제어기(4)에 입력된다. 그러면 제어기(4)가 차속센서(1)의 차속과 감속률, 그리고 충격감지센서(3a, 3b, 3c)에서 들어오는 충격량을 검지하고 연산하여 설정치 이상이 되면 출력한다. 이에 따라 발광등(7a, 7b)이 투광되어 차량번호판(5)의 음각된 번호(6)가 발광하므로서 차량 주위의 목적자가 차량번호를 식별할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 야간에 차량의 식별이 용이하게 되어 주위의 사고현장 목격이 훨씬 용이하고, 사고시 차량번호를 발광시키면서 후속 차량에게 긴급상황에 대한 주의를 쉽게 알릴 수 있으며, 노후한 차량이나 공사장 차량의 차량번호판 식별이 불량할 경우도 그 번호를 용이하게 인식할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차속을 감지하는 차속센서와, 프론트 범퍼 내에 내장되어 충격량을 감지하는 충격감지센서와, 이 충격감지센서와 상기 차속센서의 입력신호를 검지하고 연산하여 일정 이상의 차속에서 일정 이상의 감속률과 충격량을 가질 때 출력하는 제어기, 그리고 이 제어기의 출력에 따라 차량번호판 상에 음각된 번호를 투광하는 발광등을 구비하는 뺑소니 방지용 번호판 조명장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기가 갖는 설정값은 차속이 30km/h 이상으로 하고, 차속의 감속률은 20% 이상으로 하며, 충격량은 일반적으로 사람이 범퍼에 부딪혀 부상을 입을 정도의 충격값으로서 그 최소치로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뺑소니 방지용 번호판 조명장치.
